Dumb packaging / got refunded
This item was delivered without a lid and instead they had wrapped the top in plastic to seal it. Did not work and it had leaked in the package. I don’t understand how they thought that was a good idea! This deserves a star 1. But customer service rep replied fast, was very nice and gave me a refund. That is the reason I’m giving them a good star in total. Will try and order again and hopefully they will send it with a lid this time.

Not value for money, avoid getting ripped off
I thought I was getting a good deal here, it did state it was concentrated but it isn't. So when you work it out this product is a total rip off. I contacted the seller who was not interested in refunding the difference and I was certainly not going to go through all the hassle of sending this heavy item back.

I purchased the conditioner and it was the first time I have used this particular product, I found it to make clothes etc. softer than normal and also the clothes smelt so fresh, I will definitely be buying again

The delivery time was excellent, and the packaging was secure.
For large loads or extra softness and freshness, 6-7kg > 55ml. For normal loads, 4-5kg > 35ml. For handwashing, 10L > 18ml. To Use: Dose straight into your washing machine drawer. Wash hands after use. Do not pour directly onto fabrics. Store between 5°C and 25°C. Keep away from children. Keep away from eyes. If product gets into eyes rinse thoroughly with water.
