Maximum shock absorption=GREAT
I have flat feet and if I don’t have proper shoe support, it kills my back and body. I found these and they are apparently NASA grade with maximum shock absorption so of course I wanted to try them. They work great! I can wear my shoes all day and feel very supported, which is everything to me. These are quality insoles and I plan to wear these in all of my closed shoes.

Great for narrow feet; similar to other insoles at lower price points
I've been struggling with foot pain a lot lately and ended up with five sets of insoles to compare, one from a discount grocery store as an experiment, and then three from this website (these: the PerseveranX NASA Grade Sports Insoles, EASYFEET Arch Support Insoles for Sport [running] and CRUVHEAL's 220+ lbs Plantar Fasciitis Insoles). My feet (Eur 41 narrow, with a high arch) fall right between sizes for most inserts, so I ordered one size up and trimmed each pair to fit the same pair of sneakers (my everyday sneakers). All pairs were equally easy to trim with an inexpensive pair of scissors. After trimming, I wore each pair for a couple hours of standing and light walking, then swapped pairs to try one of one pair with each of the others for 90-120 minutes at a stretch. The PerseveranX NASA Grade Sports Insoles have the narrowest heels of any insoles I tried, so I think they would not be ideal for people with wider feet and, especially, with wide heels. The insoles curve quite steeply up the sides of my shoes and could create some friction there for people whose feet are shaped differently than mine. I was also not particularly impressed by the craftsmanship. The insole has a fabric top layer over a soft, flexible middle layer (some sort of finely crafted foam), but the heel and insole are shaped with a former plastic piece that covers the back 2/3 of the foot as a bottom layer (with a gap for the heel). When I stood on my tiptoes, this plastic piece occasionally made unnerving cracking sounds that turned out to be the sound of the hard plastic coming unglued from the flexible middle layer. After about eight hours of wear, I can actually get a pen bout 1/2" into the gap between the two pieces. This isn't a dealbreaker, but if you purchase these insoles you should probably buy some glue to go along with them.Of the five pairs, the discount grocery pair was distinctly the lowest quality, and that was reflected in its price point (about half the price of any other pair). These, the the PerseveranX NASA Grade Sports Insoles, were the most expensive ($52 at time of review, almost double that of the other two web pairs). As someone with narrow feet and a high arch, I found that I liked the the PerseveranX NASA Grade Sports Insoles and and CRUVHEAL's 220+ lbs Plantar Fasciitis Insoles equally, to the point that when I wore one on each foot I could not tell the difference between the insoles while my feet were in my shoes. Both had a softness around the heel that was comfortable, good (and high) arch support (equivalent firmness and equivalent height) and gave me both a little more padding and a little more spring. However, the difference in price points and the fact that the PerseveranX NASA Grade Sports Insoles already require re-gluing after two days' wear would make me recommend the CRUVHEAL's 220+ lbs Plantar Fasciitis Insoles above the PerseveranX for most users.

Good insoles for my shoes with less room
As advertised, these insoles provide medium-high arch support. They also have a nice, rigid heel cup with cushioning that is essential for my needs. Overall they don't seem to have as much cushioning as some insoles I've tried (especially in the ball of the foot), but they have enough that my feet feel good and I am able to use them in shoes that wouldn't have enough room for bulkier insoles with more cushioning. They seem perfect for my court shoes as they fit well and aren't as "squishy" when I pivot on them. I think I'll be very happy with them for that application as long as the never-flatten claim holds up over time. They still feel well after several multi-hour sessions of pounding them on the courts though.

Not for wide feet but works nice
So I wear a lot of wide shoes and these move around a bit in them but work well in just regular fit shoes of mine. They're pretty decent a little fit but not too much that I couldn't use them all day. Easy to cut and fit to your size as well.

Very Good Inserts For Heel Pain
I got these since the poor support in one pair of shoes I have was causing my heels to hurt after long walks. I've since used these for about a week with those shoes and they have solved the problem.Pros:+ Comfortable+ Good for positioning the foot correctly+ Don't overdo support (some inserts overdo support so you think it's helping when in fact too much support causes it's own problems.)+ Easy to installCons:Nothing really.Good product

Good insoles
These are my first pair of insoles so wasn’t sure what to expect. I cut them to fit my tennis shoes that I wear for pickleball. Right away, I could tell a difference, but wasn’t sure if I liked it or not. I have flat feet so I know I need these. After a few more times, I’m getting use to the medium arch.

medium arch support
PerseveranX Never Flatten Plantar Fasciitis Insoles Men & Women: Well, I ordered (or was sent?) the wrong size and they are too big. The toe area was easy to trim down--no markings but I outlined my foot and then matched it to my shoe before cutting with utility shears. The insole heel has the most padding but the "medium" arch support is not supportive enough for me.

Elegant and sturdy insoles for foot comfort
[This is a review of “Never Flatten Running & Sports Insoles - Plantar Fasciitis Insoles Men & Women - Medium Arch Support Shoe Inserts for Men & Women - Max Absorption & Energy ReturnAs a vine reviewer, I am pledging not to be compensated or influenced by the vendor; I state my opinions based on my personal experience without any bias or pressure]For anyone suffering from plantar fasciitis or other foot ailments, having the right heel cushion is not a luxury but in fact, a must. This manufacturer (under the brand name Prseveranx) claims to have invented the never flattening cushion. While that may be a bit too much to achieve, these pairs are designed to give sufficient support and cushioning with low wear and tear. The insole itself has the right set of reinforcements. We ordered the size Medium Arch - Green | Size: M (Men 9-10.5/Women 10-11.5) and it fit my wife (wears size US 10 women). The effect on the feet were quite comforting and the wear appears limited after a few days of walking. Not withstanding the never flattening nature of these insoles, I think the pair is quite sturdy and comfortable. The price is slightly higher for a high quality product like this, so I will deduct a point just on that count. Otherwise, a good product and deserves four stars.
