Good value for money
If you use ginger frequently in your cooking, then this 1kg bag is perfect. It's a bit fiddly to decant it into small seasoning jars as it's a big bag, but considering the value, it's worth it. It's even cheaper now than when I actually ordered, which is annoying, but it was the cheapest one I found at the time, so it's not too bad. Buying in bulk usually saves you a lot of money, and in this case, it does. It obviously lasts longer than fresh ginger, and you don't feel in a rush to use it all up. My go-to meal for using ginger is curry (as well as many other spices!), and it tastes great.

Have been buying this for a while now from Amazon simply because it's cheaper than from our catering wholesalers lately. The quality is good, strong and well packed. Quick delivery of course and a nice large quantity to last a while. Definitely recommended.

Lovely ginger
As with a lot of the feedback on here regarding herbs and spices, if you use a lot of them its really not economical to keep replacing from the supermarket shelf. I eventually got fed up with that so went for bulk. Great flavour and I no longer run out and have saved a small fortune already.
