These puff bags are really nice. They do get hot when activated, but cool down quickly.

Was trying to use this stuff to encase some solid brass candelabra’s. Needless to say it does a half way job. Won’t fully inflate like advertised. I gave it a 2 star, as it’s still easier than hand wrapping with bubble packaging.

These are strange. The 1st one I tried only filled one chunk of the bag, was super hot and then froze in place. So I tried a 2nd, trying to mix a bit better. Long story short I used 5 of these but still couldn't get the entire bag to fill evenly and completely properly. It wasn't very easy at all to do either. These are not for me.

When I first ordered these, I was not sure how useful they would be. I have honestly never used a product like this before. I recently had to ship a large vintage glass coffeemaker (the 1950's gravity kind) and I was terrified of how I would package it. I am really happy to say that these worked out great and in combo with bubble wrap, my coffee pot made it 2,000 miles through the mail!These are pretty interesting to use, they have a little section in them that you break open to cause a chemical reaction and get them to "inflate". This means that you can really get them to form specific shapes and fill empty space to protect the items your shipping. I can't say I have a regular use for these but they were more than worth it for this specific use.
