DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS
We ordered partitions for a bathroom renovation. Once the parts were shipped we had to wait about a week before the installation, keeping the partitions in the box. After opening we realized one of them were shipped like this (photos attached). Clearly a defect from manufacturing. After reporting the issue to HADRIAN and requesting a replacement we were told that they have a 5 day limit for replacements and that they would not give us a refund or a replacement. This was 500 dollar piece. Apparently too costly for HADRIAN to maintain any semblance of customer service and/or quality control. We will NEVER do business with this company again.

Excellent Product and ServiceUpdate as of 2/1: We needed to modify the size to meet ADA regulations, and Adi was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the process. I received the necessary additional parts and hardware in a timely manner. Completely satisfied with both the customer service and the product.
