what can you say stick it in a bucket/container with some warm water and leave , break up as it soaks and your left with a soft fluffy coir soil great for those moisture loving animals or even in gardening like i am using it to help aerate the soil a little also helping control the moisture in your compost

its dirt, it does the job!

I have african land snails and so this is perfect for them. However it's quite a large amount of soil and difficult to break up. I wouldn't buy it again for my uses but would recommend it to others!

Not the best of the substrates but not the worst. Good for basic fossorial species which do not like specific requirements of soil PH

L’odeur était terriblement chimique après humidification. Et c’est resté plus d’une semaine :-(

Me parece muy bien sustrato, textura fina y esponjosa, fácil de limpiar, mantiene muy bien la humedad y se extiende fácilmente.Punto negativo al deshacerlo y escurrirlo en la preparación hay que tener cuidado para no manchar mucho porque se pone todo perdido.Mi modo de preparación después de varios paquetes usados de 9L es:Un barreño de 5L lleno de agua templada caliente a 3/4 partes de su capacidad, meter el bloque entero dentro sin deshacer y dejar que absorba a los 15 minutos volver a revisar su estando y empezar a deshacerlo a mano, si es necesario añadir un poco más de agua pero no mucha.Para escurrirlo yo lo voy traspasando poco a poco a un colador y ejerciendo presión va liberando el agua, una vez escurrido lo paso a otro barreño o al terrario directamente. Aunque quede húmedo mientras que no esté encharcado se puede meter en el terrario y así es como mantiene una buena humedad y el sustrato se mantiene fresco más tiempo.Con mi iguana más o menos me aguanta 1 mes completo simplemente con mantenimiento de recoger restos de comida y limpiar las necesidades, 1 vez a la semana con un rastrillo remuevo el sustrato y lo humedezco con un difusor.
