I had tried a sleep tape that completely covered my mouth but gave me horrible sores in the corner of my mouth. When I saw this was hypoallergenic I decided to try it, it's also a lot smaller. You have to position it just so but then it does work. Much less uncomfortable to peel off in the morning too!

I have tried these mouth tapes for a couple of nights now and found that they are not very adhesive. They tend to come off in the middle of the night having no impact on better sleep.
