I have used may earplugs for sleeping, controlling noise when I work, on planes etc and while these plugs fit easily and are soft so comfortable to wear at night, the noise suppression is next to useless. They may reduce really loud noises so might be good for DIY, gardening with machinery, but at night you can hear almost everything. Really not very useful at night at all. Foam needs to be more dense.

So disappointed with this product. I have used ear plugs for years but they often make my ears a little sore. As these say super soft I thought they'd be perfect for regular use. They hurt my ears so much I can't wear them. They don't hold form when you squish them to insert them into your ears, and so you have to shove them in. They don't block out noise well at all! And I end up with ear ache for the whole day. It might be that my ears are too small but others have been fine and these really do cause me so much pain. A complete waste of my money.

I've used Mack earplugs for years for sleep. I normally buy the Original one's (turquoise colour), but decided to give these Sound Asleep ones a go. Unfortunately they do not block sound very well and also swell and ride out of the ear canal. If you want to block snoring, I really recommend the Original Mack's.

My husband sleep like an angel 😇 and he says that they are super comfortable

more comfy than the ultra versions but dont last as many uses or block the sound quite as good.

They are fine until they fall out of your ears during the night.

Some of the best earplugs for sleeping I've used. They also make a version, marketed for girls (and coloured pink.....) which are slightly smaller. Great range.
