VELHO Movement Shoes

These are my favorite weight lifting shoes. They are affordable, comfortable, and really grip the ground. They are cute too!

Love this shoe. I'm on my second pair after I wore the first pair until the wear was bad. With my first pair, I wore them daily, walking the dog, commuting, and sometimes jogging. If you buy them first time around, it may take some time to get used to them. But, once I got used to them, I didn't want to wear any other shoe. It's a flat shoe (this 2nd pair has a bit more cushion than the last), but my feet feel better wearing flatter shoes. Even at 10.5, there's some room at the heel. Assuming width isn't larger, I'd say go a full size down.

Their sizes are weirdly small. If you have a problem, don't bother reaching out to customer service. They probably won't respond. Such a shame as it's a great idea

Very comfortable shoe! I love them! I’ll be ordering these all the time! I’m a size 7 women’s and ordered the 6 men’s/7women’s and it was a little too big. I returned them for the 5.5 men’s/6 women’s and they are perfect.

Inexpensive, but little heel support.

I think I like them for capoeira but I can't really tell so far. They run super small - compared to my vans which are the same exact size, they're at least a half an inch shorter. The laces are also really short and the shoe is bit wide, but once I get the right size, I'll know more if they're good enough.

Great product. My son loves these shoes.

Good support but came with ripped tongue.
