Great light for working in my shop
The media could not be loaded. This light is very light weight and puts out a lot of light. I have a few other LED work lights that attach to my Dewalt compatible batteries but this is the best one so far. What makes this one better is the wide area of coverage, light intensity, both in spotlight and wide angle mode and this light attaches much more smoothly to my batteries than the others. The light works great with my after market Dewalt batteries and since I have some really high AMP hour batteries I can power this light for many hours without needing to change batteries. The really useful feature of this light is that it can get into areas where many other lights will not fit. For instance when I'm building cabinets I can place this light in the corner of the cabinet giving me great light everywhere in the cabinet so I can see to install drawer slides and door hinges. The fact that the batteries are heavy and the light is very light weight makes this light very stable.I like that I have the option of just the spotlight setting for detail work or I can illuminate an entire area with the wide setting. I tried turning off the lights in my shop and using just this light I was able to light up the whole shop.I think this light would also be excellent for camping because you could easily see to setup a tent in the dark or cook a meal. The USB ports on the back of the light have already come in handy to power an iPad that was low on battery so that I could watch a video on a particular woodworking technique I've been trying to learn. The only issue I have encountered is that the hinge on the light is super tight making it difficult to angle the light. I think I may have to loosen the bolt on the hinge to make it easier to turn.Right now this light is selling for much less than most of the LED lights of this type on Amazon and it has a larger LED panel. I think if you already have Dewalt compatible batteries and need a work light you can't go wrong with this one.

Useful To Have Around the House
It's a light you can attach to your dewalt batteries and has usb outs.So this product doesn't have the look and feel of a premium product, but I don't think that is what it is pretending to be. It's a cheap and easy way to turn your extra dewalt batteries into a light. It has a lightweight, cheap feel to it. Fit and finish is nothing to write home about. But it does what it does.Connection to and off of the battery is as expected. The switch selects between two modes and off. That's a plus. And, it puts out a decent amount of light. It feels pretty sturdy sitting on a battery. However, we all appreciate the ability to hang lights for added versatility. That's one area I feel could be improved. It comes with a rope you can hang it from for added value. Some molded in hanging points would be nice addition, though. The usb plugs are great to have. You can run accessories like a usb fan while you are working and using the light at the same time. Or charge your phone or what have you. Probably what I like most, though, is how helpful this could be in the event of a power outage or in situations where you are not around a power source. For the money, I feel like it's a nice tool to have around the house. I think it will see a fair amount of usage.

Simple review: If you have Dewalt tools, get this.
DESCRIPTION: 8" Cordless LED Work Light for Dewalt 20V Battery, Two Levels Adjustable LED Flood Light up to 90W 5400 Lumens with USB Charging Port, Portable LED Flashlight for Work, Camping, Outdoor(No Battery).PROS: A broad, bright work-light that runs on a rechargeable battery that you already have! Bright. Two levels of bright. Useful in a different way than a flashlight.CONS: The wire is so tight it limits the forward tilt.WHAT’S IN THE BOX: The light and a manual. In my photo there is a green strap. I think that was a mistake. But, hey, a good strap, just not for this light.REVIEW: This is a simple review. If you are already living within the DeWalt ecosystem, then you need to get this light, period. This means you already have two or more DeWalt batteries. And if that’s the case, you will love this light.I have purchased the flashlight version in another brand and found it lacking. Good for holding in your hand, but not great for working in an area. This light takes the place of what we would normally use, which is a corded work light (or 3 flashlights precariously perched here and there).I know there are two USB ports. I just haven’t found them to be useful yet. Maybe just me.AMAZON PHOTOS/DESCRIPTION ACCURACY: The photos and description are accurate.VALUE/VERDICT: At $16.99, this is a no-brainer!

Super bright, Super Convenient
I just tested the DEMIMA cordless LED work light in my darkened garage, and I was really impressed. It fits perfectly on my DeWalt 20V, 2AH battery (DCB203), and the yellow color matches the base, making it look like it belongs in the DeWalt family. I'm not sure why that's important to me but it is. The LED lamp beads put out a ton of bright light, and the wide-angle coverage lit up the whole space without any dark spots other than my shadow. I really like being able to switch between high and low brightness depending on what I'm working on—very convenient. And they aren't kidding when they say not to look directly into the light. The dual USB charging ports worked as stated, which could be handy if you need to charge a device while you’re working. Personally, I probably won’t use them much since almost every rechargeable device I buy these days has a phone charger on it. But it’s nice to know they’re there if I need them in an emergency. Overall, this work light is solid choice.BONUS: I just now realized it also works using my smaller, DeWalt 20V Lithium Ion batteries (DCB207). Similar lights I've tested only work with my larger battery. That's huge for me because it means I can use this light now while I'm using whatever tool that uses the larger battery if that makes sense. I highly recommend.
