Month 8 and its still pumping out fresh, amazing espresso. Have had no issues with it at all. Its a workhorse. I dont drink coffee or espresso but love making them with this for my wife as its so simple and easy to use. Highly recommend over the more expensive much smaller models.

It's a great home machine.Remember, buy fresh coffee beans, not store bought ones. You want roast on date. If it doesn't have it, don't buy it.Also, use the pressurized filter to start if new to expressing the coffee, much easier and the higher the number for grinding, the better the extraction.Non pressure filters will be a lower number for a grind. It takes time and patience for non pressurized if new. Don't overfill the grounds in the filler and get a scale to weight single vs double for both pressurized and non-pressured. Don't tamper too hard either, but need it firm. Very important.Also, water does leak a little under tray when removing, not a big deal.Maker sure you clean the bean grinder weekly and wipe the extractor bottom. There are tik toks to show how to remove and clean.Tik toks on how to get the best extraction. If you're not seeing your gauge go to the expresso area, prob the grind and the tamper.Wand tips. Since this is a home machine, will take about 1 min to get the frothy creamy milk for art late. Don't use skim for latte art!! Use 2% or whole. Again, watch tik toks if want to learn about latte art. It's been 3 weeks and it's a hit or miss for me. More of a miss, but I see people on day 60 still learning.Overall, pretty amazing machine and works like the others with a brand name for a home machine.Patience is key.Have fun!!

Came broken. The coffee grinder grinds the coffee so fine that the portafilter just overfills with water during the brewing process, and no espresso comes out. The grind size gauge is completely useless, even on the most coarse setting it spits out actual clumps of unusable coffee. The "automatic" grinder that is supposed to stop dispensing coffee when it reaches the max capacity level is instead overfilling the portafilter. The machine overall is absolute garbage, get a Breville. Customer service of this seller is also non-existent, their website looks fake, no way to contact them for troubleshooting or replacement.

This is the best espresso machine/maker I’ve ever owned! I bought it for Christmas and I use it every day! No more seven dollar Starbucks lattes for me! Get the syrups, whipped cream, caramel drizzle, or whatever you like in your latte, and it tastes even better because you can customize your latte to your exact liking. The milk steamer is also great! It takes a little bit of learning to figure out how to perfectly froth milk, but it only takes a little practice! I would recommend this espresso maker to anyone who doesn’t want to pay seven dollars for a latte every day! I’ve had the machine for about three months now and will update my review after six months of use if anything goes wrong with this machine but as of right now it’s running perfectly! Make sure you clean it regularly and let you know when it needs to be done which is also a plus! More than 6 months later this espresso machine is still going strong as long as you keep up on the descaling and take care of it l, it will last! I love my latte every morning ,still.

It felt a little complicated to use at first, but after a few days, I felt good. The stainless steel shell is easy to clean, and the removable water tank is also easy to clean. The coffee made is better than the one in the store.
