I bought Arnicare on a friend’s recommendation after a nasty bruise from a fall and I was honestly impressed. The gel is lightweight, not greasy at all, and absorbed really quickly. Within a day or two, the bruising started fading, and the soreness was way more manageable. I’ve also used it after workouts for muscle aches, and it helped there too.Love that it’s made from natural ingredients. Just be careful not to apply it on any cuts or broken skin.Would definitely keep a tube in the medicine cabinet from now on! I sent one to my parents as well!

As a mater of fact, there’s always one in my purse, car console, bedside table, bathroom vanity, husbands nightstand, husbands bathroom counter, my kitchen drawer, my family room drawer, and a decent stock on hand for replacements. I actually use this cream for all types of pain. Recently TMJ. Muscle aches and pains after over exertionThe price has steadily increased. So at some point I feel nit will be overpriced
