Absolutely delicious. I like the flavour. Half a packet is about perfect for 1kg beef in our house

Made a beef curry with this paste and it tasted amazing! I added in a bunch of scallions and a scotch bonnet pepper to give it a bit of extra kick. Fried them til soft and then added the paste, cooked for 5 mins to release the flavors and then added the beef. There are comments on here about adding less liquid than it says on the packet - that is correct advice! I did not add any water just half a can, 200ml ish, of full fat coconut milk and simmered for 25 mins. Good stuff!

Very good Malay curry paste, quick and easy way to make a really delicious aromatic curry. It’s very hot though, I do like hot spicy food but it’s a bit too hot for me. Another problem is that one pack is for 1,3 kg of meat for 6-8 people and it would be nice to have a smaller pack.

Wasnt overly hopefull but am pleasantly suprised complex flavours ,quiet hot I just used half the pack fried with butter mixed in pre browned meat balls 100mm boiling water and then 30 mins in the oven wonderfull will now make a lush beef Rendang with confidence just bought 3 more Ive now found a half price supplier google the product and you can find it to
