We have a chordless stick vacuum which is decent but not very powerful.This blows it out of the park. The suction on this thing is awesome.This is easy to use and easy to clean out too.I really love that it is bagless. From online reviews, the bagged Kenmore 600 Series was really recommended but I didn't want one where I kept needing to buy bags for the vacuum.Funny enough on the vacuum canister of this one, it says its 600 series :D but nowhere on the listing did it mention that.It is a bit on the heavy side but since the canister is pulled at the back when you vacuum, you don't feel it.The easy setting from floor to carpet on the wand is brilliant and with the quick foot settings on the head you can change the height for the fluffier carpets and back to the floor.On the stairs, the head is quite big but they provided a small 'pet powemate' that does the job pretty well, not that we have a pet.The motor on the vacuum heads for both the main one and the powermate are brilliant for the carpets and agitates it to clean very well.Thus overall I am happy with the purchase and highly recommend it.It is surprising that this doesn't have as much reviews, maybe because they have 2 different models on the same page.Make sure you get the purple one with dual motors and the pet power mate. From what I can tell the blue one is cheaper but less powerful than the purple one.

I am IN LOVE with this 2-motor Kenmore vacuum. Don't be jelly! The suction power is fantastic. This thing practically drags me along. The wheels travel smoothly over my wooden floors and area rugs without a snag. I LOVE that the power head has lights. I now see dust I didn't with my old vacuum. I get migraines and I appreciate the light guiding me to the dusty areas that I need to clean. I also LOVE that there's a Dead Man Switch on the handle itself. I can now switch from rotating brushes to no rotation to off, if I accidentally suck up a tissue or a sock or something. Beautiful! I live in a one-story, three BR ranch. The cord is long enough to reach all the way into my bedroom bathroom, back to my kitchen, by my back door, etc. with the cord plugged in centrally in my hallway. My ONE qualm with this vacuum is that the dirt cup doesn't snap back on as easily as my last vacuum did. I have an arthritic left foot and found myself cursing while struggling to put the dirt cup back on. I recommend reading the manual and practicing popping the dirt cup on and off, before you get it dirty. Years ago I had a Kenmore that lasted quite a while, until the wire to the power head broke. I hope Kenmore has resolved that sticky wicket, by now.This Kenmore is bagless and I am thrilled that the filter is also washable. No pain looking for filter replacements.The handle length is also adjustable, so I can set it at a comfortable height for me to swing back and forth and to reach places I need to reach. So many thoughtful features!I'm looking forward to this vacuum sucking efficiently for a good, long time.Other than that, this Kenmore is built tough. Solid, but not ridiculously heavy.

This little vacuum has a lot of suction. The problem is that the floor attachment doesn't raise high enough to keep it from holding onto the floor. It's challenging to keep it moving across the floor without getting stuck on the floor. The carpet attachment doesn't have a motor so it relies on the suction to turn. This is a problem when I am pressing down for better coverage. Also, the wand and attachments don't have a lock so they sometimes come off while sweeping. I am hoping they don't get looser and fall off even easier. I only had a month to see if I like it. I live alone and don't need to vacuum that often, plus I have a vacuum robot that sweeps once or twice a week. I use this for detailed sweeping once or twice a month. I would have returned it had I known what I know now. But it will have to do since I have to keep it.

Bought for use in a camper. I didn't need anything too fancy/expensive as it would be used infrequently. Thankfully, it's not my everyday vacuum, or I would lose my mind. Constructed of flimsy, junky plastic that is difficult to take apart, it has some suction but lacks any real power. Because it is so light it flip-flops along the floor and makes weird screeching noises where the hose and wand meet. The goofy little brush perched on the wand falls off constantly and is essentially useless. Several times I schlepped my good quality vac that rhymes with 'schmeele' up to the camp so I could clean my floors and soft furnishings without fantasizing about drowning this Kenmore in the lake.

I previously had a Kenmore vacuum cleaner before and I loved it. I've had it for about 10 years but it's slowly dying. Decided to buy this Kenmore which is mostly the same thing.Pros:-Do not let its size fool you. It sucks VERY well so if you have pets or lots of hair it will do the job.-Very compact so it stores well. Suitable for small apartments or small spaces.-Has an additional handle for easy manoeuvring. The old model does not have this.-To retract the cord you press a button on top with your foot or hand. This is much easier compared to the old model where you had to go the back of the vacuum and switch a tab using your hand. It didn't always work.Cons:-The canister seems alot smaller and so it looks like you will need to empty it more often. However it seems easier to clean. Will have to update later to really know over time.-Majority of the pieces (except for the pole) is made mostly out of heavy plastic. The old model was mostly metal.-On the head to flick from floor to carpet cleaning seems a little cumbersome. It is not as easy. This has a switch that you move from side to side. On the old model its a tab you press with your foot and automatically flips so the old model wins on this in my opinion.I haven't tested out the additional attachments yet so I will have to update another time!

This little vacuum has awesome suction power. The cable could be a bit longer, but other than that, everything is fine. It is worth the money you pay.
