Omgggggg. I don't think I've ever taken the time to write an Amazon review, but I have to for this one!! I have tried quitting smoking for yearsssss and this product has literally saved my life. I never realized that the main addiction for me has always been DEEP BREATHING, even though I was choking myself with smoke. I literally feel like I'm smoking a cigarette when I use this, it's the best placebo I've ever had! Plus the product is cute and just looks like a necklace, obsessed!! <3 <3 <3

I ordered the gold color, and it just looks way more brassy and cheap than the photos portrayed. It doesn't feel like a piece of jewelry at all, but more like a piece of hardware or something. Overall, it's just not something that looks nice enough to wear. Even at home I feel weird wearing it.

I really like this necklace. It's a very pretty reminder to breathe while also being functional for reducing stress and relieving anxiety. I don't use the breathing component much, but I like that it's there if I need it. I could also see this being a great gift for any anxious friend or loved one.

I love it but the design was not thought out. All the bacteria and mucus from your saliva can compact in the end. And I don’t feel like using the cleanin tool on it
