I absolutely love my 3lb ToAuto wax melter! It heats up quickly and makes the candle-making process so much easier and more efficient. The size is perfect for small batches, especially for testing new fragrances or running a small business. What really stood out to me was the excellent customer service. The ToAuto team was very responsive, helpful, and truly cared about my experience, which made me trust the brand even more.

I purchased this wax melter at the beginning of July. I used it twice and it stopped working. The company reached out to me and replaced the melter. So far I have had no issues with the new melter. I will say the company does seem to want to make the customer happy and their customer service has been excellent!

This bundle is a great deal, and comes with everything you'll need to start candle making. The size of the pot is great for small batches which also makes this good for those making wax melts or using molds and it's perfect for beginners. The pot is very sturdy, but light weight, easy to clean and the pouring spout makes it easy to transfer the melted wax to another medium. I also want to note that the ToAuto customer service is amazing. I ran into an issue with my pot a few months after purchasing it and they have been so kind and helpful.

My original order had a crack (possibly damaged in transport) and when I reached out customer service they got back to me within 24 hours. Product works well and is a good value for the price. The wick trimmer took a while to get the hang of but that may be user error

Habe das Produkt für meine Frau bestellt. So an sich wahrscheinlich ein tolles Produkt. Achtung! Versand durch Amazon US. Es stand NICHTS in der Artikelbeschreibung drin, dass dieses Produkt nicht für den Betrieb in Deutschland vorgesehen ist. Beide Geräte kamen mit US Stecker und auf den Typenschildern und in der Anleitung stand 110V….wir haben hier 230Volt. Da muss definitiv in der Artikelbeschreibung nachgebessert werden oder einfach ein Bild mehr rein. Die Rücksendung war sehr aufwändig. Sehr positiv war, dass Amazon schnell reagiert hat und auch die Rücksendekosten getragen hat.
