Not the best
These aren’t as good as they look. I suppose there really like a glorified Alexa for kids. They aren’t as good as they seem and I could see the novelty wearing off after a day so would be quite expensive novelty.

Screen glitch
With new Android you can not get an app from the Google account, as the phone is too new for the Miko. I have few issues with Miko maybe I am jisr unlucky - we bought Miko as a present for our son like a month earlier and we didn't open the box. 1. Not easy to get an app. 2.Turning off in the middle of singing song.3. Yesterday to make him work I had to turn on and off 4 times so his screan would work properly. I bought him as he looks the best robot . I hope there is someone who got a good Miko ❤️🔥

Promises much - but Miko 2 is not quite there yet...
Miko 2 is an ambitious project. In 2014, 3 Indian technologists with extensive experience in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, robotics and Information Technology began to liaise with specialists in childhood development and education and launched a new business using robotics to provide an accessible learning experience for children.Miko launched in 2015 and the Miko 2 robot followed in 20119. The company has offices in Mumbai and Silicon Valley. Its aim is to humanise technology. The Miko 2 robot seeks to bond with children and adapt as they learn. It can self-learn, initiate conversations, learn about its environment and respond to many different voices. However, it needs wi-fi/Bluetooth connectivity to work and though the content is constantly being updated, apps need downloading from an adult's smartphone. Inevitably, other apps/subscriptions that cost money are available down the line. Battery life is not great and, like Alexa at times, the robot seems to be on another planet and doesn't respond in a way a child might understand making Miko 2 a little hard work at times.Yet it can dance and moonwalk. Operating with a 1.5GHz Quad Core Processor, it has dual inbuilt speakers, a microphone, HD wide angle camera and touch pad. And it can even sense edges.I'm sure behind Miko 2 there's a great, highly functional product waiting to burst out. But in my view this robot is 'not quite there'. Which means it doesn't always keep children's interest once the initial novelty has worn off. That said, do bear in mind that as time goes on Miko 2 - constantly learning from the environment - is likely to only get better in terms of its understanding the children around it.At present its £200 price tag is on the high side but I do have a sense that the more effort parents and children put into Miko 2 the more there is to be gained from it. And a feeling I'm probably looking at one aspect at least of the future.

Starts talking on its own, moves about the place, batteries fun flat quickly
I really like the robot Miko but the batteries run low very quickly, randomly it starts talking about purchasing apps but no ones near him, Main pain is it just doesn't respond to the command correctly or at all. The robot will respond to “Hello Miko” then you ask your questions to get the response “I will get back to you on that” no, that’s not what I’m looking for, I need help with this question Miko” again to get the same reply. There are free apps that’s need download from a parent, guardian phone / tablet for the basics to start up with ( similar to FaceTime or messenger video calls) Miko dances well, Without wifi / Bluetooth connectivity Miko will not work & wifi/Bluetooth can can be disconnected from it sometimes without it being touched. You can purchase more apps for older children or other subjects for Miko but this starts a subscription fee. The Miko unfortunately doesn’t hold my child’s interest for very long even once the batteries are fully charged again.

Great product that interacts with my Son
I love this product.I like the product. Miko2 is very useful for developing knowledge for children’s as well as for enjoyment also. And the service is also good, i.e. I receive a demo call from the company to set up my product and am satisfied with the service as they serve me well and satisfy all my queries.

Poor value
Language processing is crap, battery life is terrible, the random bursts of activity annoying and the subscription hook would be OK if the thing performed better. Not cute or engaging enough. There is a lot of tech in the diminutive dusty bin and £200 may have been justified if it worked. Alas it doesn't do basics well enough

Expensive robot
Miko 2 is a robot that can do a lot, but you can't even imagine how many functions it has. It is an artificial friend that allows you to always stay connected with the child. It has many built-in programs and applications that will entertain your child at any time. The robot is more than a toy, it is an interactive robot, from where the child can learn many things. I think it’s too expensive for what it is, the first days my child was interested to play with robot but after few days he prefers to use a tablet or mobile phone to watch cartoons than to play with this robot,
