Good value and great taste for noodles!
I was very impressed with this tub of rendered chicken fat. I use it along with chicken broth to make my chicken and noodles have great flavor

Chef here, I don’t use it in the restaurant but I do use it at home, switched from oils besides EVOO and it’s cheaper because it last longer, I get pork, duck and beef for all types of dinners and it’s great.

It didnt say Kosher or halal
Im not jewish or muslim so those 2 factors dont apply to me. Its hard to find even during passover. Its good for baking! The prices of fat need to come down, more people would try it!

I love cooking with chicken fat. It adds a richness to my foods. I tried rendering my own, but it took forever and yielded such a small amount.
