The Angelica is a quality addition to any sweet cake.Good for decoration.Needed to cut down the length on the stem as it was very thick.No need to rinse this.Needs cutting BOTH ways to thin the Angelica & to cut across the stems for use.A perfumed delicate,distinctive, scent & flavour unlike anything else.Lovely! A reasonable shelf life.Recommended.

It’s been many years since I’ve had Angelica, my mum and gran used to decorate trifle with it. I don’t remember it being so fibrous - my son said it was like candied celery! I’m sure it used to be more like glacé cherry in texture? Maybe I misremember

I have used angelica for as long as I remember preparing food.......nearly 70 years. I have searched all local supermarkets, grocers and cake decorating outlets to no avail so I was really thankful to find this product at Whole Foods online. grandchildren delighted too. Granny's trifle is just not the same without decoration with angelica, not to mention its versatility in decorating biscuits and party cakes.

Great purchase. Required for specific recipe. Only comment is why delivered in box unable to fit through letter box when small padded envelope would suffice. Had to pick up from Post Office. Thank you.

When we decided to use angelica as a christmas decoration on some items for our WI cake stall recently, I had no idea that it would be so difficult to obtain. impossible to find in shops or supermarkets now so very pleased to find this supplier.The product was as described and one taste was a trip back to childhood ,deep natural green in colour and will look excellent inside or on top of Christmas cakes or trifles.Prompt delivery also.
