Check That Handle on the Regular
I was in no way disappointed with my experience with the Seller, so this review focuses on the product itself (as reviews should).My company uses less-than-a-handful of Cosco hand trucks, and for the most part, they seem to accept the abuse and misuse handed out by careless employees. Not wanting to have to beg for a dolly every time I went out on the road, I purchased a less-expensive version of the 2-in-1 loop handle and set out to use it - it didn't take long, either.Unfortunately, by the third or fourth time I had to use it, I noticed that the handle was wiggling a little too much for my comfort. Initially, I was pissed about the inferior quality of workmanship. However, closer examination revealed that it might not be a manufacturing defect but rather a method to prevent the handle assembly from snapping off under extreme circumstances. Nonetheless, after seeing a company dolly with its loop handle completely missing later that night, I will have to devise a way to secure the rivet points where the handgrip meets the body.The A581E isn't as heavy as it looks and moves from my personal to work vehicles daily with a minimum of grunts. It's not nearly as portable as a more petite dolly would be, but a smaller hand truck would probably crumble before I'd received my money's worth of work from it.Here's hoping...!

Thought the handle was adjustable, but it is not. Otherwise, a good product and value.

Product was out of stock but great customer service
Unfortunately this product was out of stock which is understandable since it is a great product for a very affordable price. The company sent me an email promptly and gave me a refund without my contacting them. Was happy with their customer service.
