Customer service is horrible
I purchased 3 stealth cams… 2 local… 1 here. First actvated easily.. worked ok… horrible video.. but pics were good. 2nd… did everything except take pictures… basicly dead on arrival.. contacted customer service thru email 4 times with zero response. Bought the 3rd here… activated easily like the others… but it took continuous pictures. Picture every 8 seconds… tried everything…. Hard reset.. resart etc. contacted customer service again.. no response.. trued 2 more times… nothing. 2 out of 3 cams.. dead.. I finally got a response thru messenger… after several days of contacts in a row…. After I returned the 3rd cam. After the slowest and worse exchange ever they agreed to replace it… they now expect me to ship it back on my dime. I should not have to pay shipping on a DOA item… Not happy… horrible service and a marginal product.

I haven't used it yet, but buy the right batteries! Very easy to set up

False triggers
I have the cam set up in an open wooded area with no small brush or branches get numerous false triggers over 100 a day sometimes I think they do this on purpose so you have to bye another camera plan! Once the batteries run out, this is done!!

Perfect!
First time using cell cams, although they didnt come with SD cards they are very user friendly! I got these set up and subscribed in 15 mins! Definitely will buy again!
