Hi, KBThe expiration date for mascara is 3-6 months after the date you open the item. There is no expiration as far as unopened, unused shelf life on this mascara. Always check the PETA website. I can’t find Golden Rose or GR Cosmetics listed on the PETA site. They may go under a different name? And as a previous commenter answered, if they sell in China they ARE NOT cruelty free.
