I am value consumer. I would rate 5* for its premium quality build and stainless steel looks and ergonomic comfort. Furniture has given premium look to the room itself vs earlier branded chairs at similar or higher price. Kudos folks Best ProductI am yet to review on longitvity of the product as we just bought it. Please keep in mind this is my initial assessment after few weeks of usage.

Uncomfortable Chair- Poor Lumbar support and no back adjustment available
The chair has poor lumbar support and only has upwards and downwards adjustment. There’s no adjustment for the back which seems to be fixed. I am finding this very uncomfortable and plan to return this item. I have decided that I won’t buy chairs online since one can’t test the seating comfort. I am trying to contact Amazon. Customer support for help in returning this item
