This is such a strong item that not only stops my pupper choking, it helps her grip her treats better (that is after she stopped swinging it in the air like a weapon!) Its the perfect size for her and makes it easier to eat her treat! Its got some good weight behind it which surprised me! I didnt get that smelly plastic smell when I unbound it either! All in all, its perfect and for the price, they definitely deliver!

I felt initially that this was a bit expensive, but it seems very sturdy so I think it will last a long time and be very good value long term. My dog loves to chew bully/ pizzle sticks but once they become smaller and slippery there is a big risk the dog will swallow it or choke on it. This holds the stick very firmly and safely and means the dog can happily chew away much longer than I’d allow with no holder. It can be adjusted to fit small and large size bully stick. Very pleased with this purchase.

Essential item for my dog. So much so that I had to buy another one at great expense when the fox made off with the first one when it was left in the garden. My dog had a strange reaction to pizzles and tendons before I bought this holder. She would bark at them and generally not engage with them. But in the holder she loves them, and I have the reassurance there isn’t going to be a little bit at the end that she might swallow whole. You do have to screw it down very firmly though to deter a keen dog from finishing the last morsel. The holder is very strong. It has withstood some chewing of its own. I have no hesitation in recommending this product - but don’t leave it in the garden!

Great, well built and very sturdy holder for yak chews and bully sticks. I winced at the price and still think it's very expensive but I was so fed up of having to hold a chew for my little dog that I bought one. It does one thing and does it well. It's weighty so doesn't roll away, it has a vice like grip which reduces the risk of choking on small bits of bully stick. I recommend it but would have given it 5 stars if it was 30% cheaper.

So far this has been working well and takes some of the worry out of giving our puppy pizzle sticks. The design is easy to use but requires a bit of strength to tighten. None have dropped out and no more chocking risk.

This is the most AMAZING tool my 12 week old Labrador puppy uses. It holds a bulls pizzle firmly in a STEEL vice, very safe to chew on without choking on the end piece, mind you one pizzle lasts weeks of chewing at present !!

My Yorkie puppy is a chewer. She has more things to chew on than I have pairs of socks. She isn't satisfied unless I hold them for her while she blissfully gnaws away at them. Which is fine when they're smooth pieces of plastic with various places to get a tight grip, but not so much when she has a dried up, smelly piece of dead animal, or a rock hard slab of cheese curds carefully grated into a double ended shiv. Enter this magnificent piece of engineering! It's lightweight, easy to grab a hold of, and firmly grips everything size appropriate that I have given her thanks to the metal teeth and pin. You just slide the thing into the little hole in the middle and tighten the two ends around it. Easy peasy! The smallest one is of course small, which works out fine for us as she is also small. Ours is holding a small sized (35g) yak cheese stick from Fuzzl at the moment, which just about fits in the hole at an angle. Any larger and it would struggle, so I may go up a size for some of the bigger chews. I can't get something like the frankly enormous Hollings pork rolls in there, but a beef collagen chew or some braided skin is fine. We don't have pizzle/bully sticks, I can't abide the smell, but I imagine they would also be held without issue as all of the various animal parts chews are largely the same. She has thrown it around, whacked it against my legs, and pulled on it with all of her tiny dog strength and anything held in it hasn't budged. There is also the added bonus of eliminating the choking risk when these hard chews get small enough to completely fit in the mouth, although that was never a concern for me personally. The remaining yak cheese when she can no longer chew it is also a great size for popping in the microwave. The price is quite high for what it is, some plastic and a bit of metal, but it also works, which isn't common for products like this in a relatively unregulated market. There's not much difference between the various sizes though, so you're not going to pay too much of a premium if you have a much larger dog. In hindsight I might have gone for the middle size from the start, but the small size isn't too small to be useful, it just won't take everything that I would like it to and I think the slightly bigger opening of the middle size would. Regardless, my dog is happy and so are my hands, and that's worth the price of admission for me.

Seems to work really well. My puppy has been swallowing bully sticks and I am getting concerned, so I decided to bite the bullet and spend the money for this.

ずっと買おうか迷っていたのですが類似の商品はイマイチな感じな上にペットグッズの店舗ではこうしたホルダーが売っておらずあまり使えないのかなと悶々としてました。 似た商品としてこの商品がAmazonでピックアップされてきたのでみてみたら、金属の歯がありしっかり押さえてくれそうな上に安全に見えたので買ってみました。 結果最後の2センチくらいまでしっかりホールドしてくれました。 わんこは「これなんだー？邪魔だなー」って感じですが噛み始めれば忘れてゴリゴリやってます

Does exactly what it’s supposed to. Holds the bully stick safely so my pups can chew away happily and I don’t worry about them choking on small end bit. I still supervise my dogs when chewing on a treat even with the holder. Both my dogs one 5 kg and one 9.5 kg happily use this device without any issues.
