Extremely easy to use. Handles are a good size for a harder time to grip but not extremely unreasonable. Quality so far seems to be good. Comfort in the hands for sure. functionality is good If you have smaller dumbell weights the d ring comes out and you can slide the band through. Definetly worth the money

Nice addition to your home gym. You can do other things besides forearms. You can do tricept extensions biceps close grip curles etc

El grosor del mango (roller) hace que antebrazo trabaje con mayor intensidad. La idea de fat grip consigue involucra con mayor intensidad flexores y extensores. Supera con creces el otro roller standard que tengo.La cinta que incorpora se puede doblar si no colacas el peso adecuadamente. Por lo demás me parece un producto que rompe con los rollers habituales.

Eenvoudig gezegd: Een ijzeren staafje met een groot handvat en een touw eraan, dat hoeft toch niet zo duur te zijn!Wel belangrijk om de spieren te oefenen op deze eenvoudige manier.Had gedacht dat er in het handvat een ratelmechanisme zou zitten, maar dat was niet het geval.

Der dicke Griff ist eine Pein, aber genau das soll ja auch so sein. Das Band läuft schön auf und ab, der Griff ist rutschfest. Sehr gute Sache.

Firstly, this thing is well made. It feels solid like it will last. Far better quality than I was expecting, especially at the cost of £14, good value.It's very easy to connect to pretty much any kind of weight and takes almost no time to do.Effectiveness:I first tried this with a 10kb kettlebell, after doing a few sets of winding it up and down in both directions (reverse and normal grip) I could feel a forearm pump like I've not achieved before. This thing will be a serious tool to massive forearms.I can think of a fair few other things you can use it for if you are creative, at the least you can load weight on for curl variations.
