SATISFIED!
After much deliberation I decided to order a size XL based on the reviews. I'm 5'2" 243lbs with lots of midsection body fat as you can see from the photos. I've brought several waist trainers &/or sauna vests over the past 5 months & hadn't quite found that one that served most of what I was looking for until now. I'm glad that I decided on a XL even though it was a battle trying to get it on the 1st time. Even though I struggled to zip it it felt very comfortable once zipped. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. Also, the second time that I wore it it was much easier to zip up. What worked for me was pulling it above my navel to start zipping it then, pulling it down once zipped. The second time around I was able to zip it regularly.Pros:-Wide shoulder straps (makes for less shoulder tension)-Long enough to cover my fupa (YAY)-COMFORTABLE-Durable (well made!)-AffordableCon:-Non Adjustable Shoulder StrapsAlthough I love love love the width of the shoulder straps they're too long for me. My torso is on the short side so, I have to adjust the straps often.I hope my review was able to help with your decision. I do most of my shopping online and reviews help me out alot.

Great for newbies! Snug and comfortable!
I’ve never used a waist trainer before. I have posture issues and have gained quite a bit of belly fat - which is new to me, never had that problem before - in the last few years, so I was looking for a waist trainer that was a good price, comfortable, and would help me sweat a little bit with some minimal walking. This works well. I ordered a large (I don’t weigh myself so I’m sorry if it’s useless information, but I’d say that I’m probably like a size 12-14, predominantly due to my hips but more recently upped in size due to my belly fat). I tend to generally wear loose clothing (I usually go for xl-xxl with shirts for that reason), but I figured I wanted this waist trainer to fit more snugly than I’m used to, so I got the large. I actually could have gone with a medium, and I may end up ordering a medium to compare, but I’m still really happy with it! It’s snug enough to make me sweat a bit and not too tight to make me feel like I’m a 17th century duchess. Would definitely recommend! I think it’s a great waist trainer for first-time waist trainer users.

Control Top for Sure! Medium Size Purchased
So far it has done great! My size:I am 5'5" roughly 165lbs, I mostly wear mediums for women's ware and smalls in guys basic t-shirts, I am a size 10 dress and jacket sizes. I have a slight stomach but not excessive due to activity. When able, I will add a photo to this review. The Fit:I bought a Medium and it was tight at first, the Medium started off tight but is now loosen up, could be because I am wearing this for daily use? I should have bought two of these to rotate and I think I will. For the Size, I may change it next time to a small, seeing this does stretch after awhile and I can feel the fabric of the core area not being as tight. Despite the stretch, I'd like to say this has not restricted my breathing like I thought it would be or hard to bend in, it is very movable. It looks good under my clothing but I don't wear excessively tight, tight shirts, otherwise, I think it would show through, so far I wear something that hugs slightly to test and you could hardly see the zipper. I think if I were to ware tighter like a dress, depending on the fabric might show through. So far, for t-shirts, long sleeves, etc. it hasn't.The only con is I guess I didn't pull it down tightly enough by the end of the day the other day, so this didn't happen right away but from not pulling it down taut it rubbed a little into my upper side near my bra line and it still hurts a little. So, make sure to keep it pulled down tight or this will become a con and stopping and rubbing into your side, plus, you could cause rolls into the fabric that looks weird. As for why I am wearing for daily use, it is because my job can be active being in Media Production, so, I am trying to take advantage of this.Posture and Pain Relief:The back straps don't help with posture like I thought they would, however, having your core under control does help with posture and knew this going into this product. I have seen a relief in my back/neck pain in wearing this. Some of my close friends have seen a difference in my gate as well. So, I would recommend this in that aspect alone.Sweating it out:I don't really sweat (due to being part Asian) so I have only felt this aspect at a very small portion, you'll have to take the other review on this aspect. I will say my core does retain more heat wearing though, it has been nice especially during the winter.I have to try a smaller size I think, I'll add more to this review or a new one for this small size.

Size down, but over all good product
I'm loving this as a sauna corset, not so much as a waist trainer. I am 5ft 2 in, 235 lbs. According to the sizing chart I was supposed to order a 4x, but after reading reviews I ordered a 2x... I should have down sized to a xl/1x bc I can already get it to its tightest setting even with a tank top underneath. I am sticking with this one bc I do love the fact that it keeps my core super warm during workouts and it's not restricting. I wouldn't recommend getting it to wear with tight shirts as an everyday corset because it does wrinkle where the bones are sewn in. But the material so far (2 week use) is very durable and I can see myself using it long term while working out.
