The Tao of TeaEnglish Breakfast, 1-Pounds

This batch of tea, set to expire in 12-22, was nearly tasteless compared with the bag I bought a year ago. I wonder what happened. I would have returned it but had already torn and folded the packing label and there was no shipping paper inside. The ingredients listed say "black teas," rather than enumerating the kinds, such as Assam, Yunnan, Darjeeling. I won't be purchasing this brand on Amazon again.

I have been drinking British Breakfast tea since my English grandma started making it for me when I was a kid. I have tried a million brands - from cheap to expensive - and this is the best organic English Breakfast tea I have ever tried. I love this tea - full-bodied, great flavor and organic! Great consistency and excellent price since I use so much per cup (I like a strong cuppa!). I have bought this several times and been happy every time. I make mine in a French Press - no teabag waste and better taste.

Freshness Not as good as the individual sealed tins

The tea is very weak and flavorless. I believe that I received a batch of very old or expired tea because I have never had English Breakfast tea this weak.
