Without question, the best tasting store-bought pesto. If fact, it’s better than homemade pesto’s I had. There is no bitterness. I use it for many things —warm pasta, cold pasta salad, as a sandwich spread, and even as a green salad dressing thinned with a little water. It does not contain garlic or cheese, so the basil really comes through, and if like me, you cannot or choose not to eat dairy, this is perfect. The Whole Foods near me in Seattle stopped carrying it, so I’m delighted I can still get it from Amazon.However, the first time I ordered, one of the lids came loose in transit and leaked. I ordered three and they were shipped by Amazon in a box with a piece of packing paper, which did nothing to protect the jars. Amazon replaced it immediately. The jars need to be packed in a segmented box that keeps them from shifting around or jars need to be individually tightly wrapped in bubble wrap.

This is pricier than some, but it’s always good. I’d rather eat this less often than the cheaper stuff more often.

I went on a trip to Italy and was blown away by the food (and everything else). I found myself chasing the flavors when I got home. I tried about 15 different brands/types of pesto on Amazon and via Eataly - this is one of the best and closest in flavor / profile. I would also suggest trying a nice ligurian pesto if you can find it! Enjoy 🇮🇹

This pesto is a bit pricey, but the ingredients, overall quality, and flavor make it worth every penny. That being said, I suggest checking your local Whole Foods before ordering, as I was able to find it there at a better price.Typically, it is difficult for vegan products to compete with their non-vegan counterparts, particularly when cheese is involved. This pesto is one instance where you don't feel like you are compromising on flavor or missing out. This will be my go-to brand for Italian sauces from now on.

Very yummy, made with fresh ingredients (no natural or artificial flavors baby) Just basil, pine nuts, olive oil, the good stuff. I am giving it 4 stars because I think it's a little overpriced.

Gawd this stuff is so delicious. it's so good. Added to my usual weeknight meal of steak and sweet potatoes and broccoli, and it's sooo good. It's fresh smelling, incredibly flavorful and you just dont need a lot. very satisfying. If I could make pesto like this, id just make it, but work in progress. Until then, I'll be picking this up on a regular basis.

Maybe the best pesto I've had in my life. Or at least on-par with that of my Sicilian grandmother. Best of all it's vegan, incredibly flavorful, contains only quality ingredients (no cheap inflammatory oils, just Olive Oil) and grown without pesticides. This will always be a pantry staple for me – I no longer have motivation to make my own pesto after discovering this. While it may be pricey it lasts a long time ( 2-3 dinners for a family of 4) and the ingredients are worth it.

Dont hesitate- this is the real deal!!
