Works well, but it is extremely difficult to get it to stay on the windshield, but it will with much persistence.

I deducted a star because it could stand to be a little beefier. It can vibrate quite a bit on all but the smoothest roads no matter how much you tighten it. That's my only complaint but I can't complain too much because of the price. Overall, it's a great mount.

I have purchased similar prodocuts to this car mount, but this seems to be the only holder that has worked. its not great with a gps device, some shapes don't fit well, but for my phone with the case, its a wonderful product.update june 3, 2014 Well my product no longer works anymore. the plastic bottom suction cup fell off during a trip where i was using the product for my phone navigation system, i was disappointed because the product did work well, but now it feel apart, i have to edit my review to reflect this.

My husband and I purchased one of these for each of our vehicles after a friend recommended it. All of ours (mine, my husband's, and our friend's) have already broken. If you leave it suctioned to your windshield all the time, the plastic gets hot and snaps. I liked it a lot until I realized how fragile the plastic is. My husband's didn't even make it through 1 week. Mine didn't even last 2 months!

I changed direction of the arm buy removing a screw and turning the arm around.It sticks to glass good but I use it every day so I do have to clean the plastic cup that sticks to the glass with alcohol once a week.If not it loose it grip so you do have to ciean it.Works great .

I ordered two of the windshield mounted phone holders from eHotCafe, and one was broken in pieces in the box. The other, although was not aware of it, was cracked. It had just not come apart yet.The lever that clamps down the suction cup to the flat surface was designed poorly and should be sent back to pre-production for redesign. It is molded plastic that has a seam at the highest point of pressure. When you close it to affix the suction cup, the pressure causes it to break easily at the seam. As I clamped my phone holder into the perfect place, the piece could no longer take pressure and broke into three pieces that flew in all directions in my car.No, I'm not happy with this purchase. I am still in search of the perfect phone holder...The return process was simple, even though I really wanted to exchange and try to make it work. They didn't even have that choice. I got the RMA labels immediately, and after a few days I took it to the mail center and within a couple hours, the refund was processing in my bank account.

I was a little skeptical at first when I opened it up, but when I put it in my car it was very sturdy and is within reach. I've had it in my car for a couple months after December and it still Works Great! I would recommend this to anyone -- Good Investment.
