Ordered these after picking one up which was on sale at Holland & Barratt. All I can say is it's the best protein bar I've tasted. Never heard of the make before but will definitely be buying the Cookies & Cream ones again and will also try others in the range.

If you hate those terribly chewy protein bars and you want something that is not an absolute nightmare to swallow you finally found them!!

All 12 bars are somehow warped to one end of the wrapper like some big ball. I can't be bothered returning them for a refund but won't be ordering again. Awful. These bars aren't cheap, they should be checking they aren't faulty before sending. Why should I have to take time out of my day to return them. Joke.Full refund offered without any request for proof. Good customer service have to give it to them. Obviously ideally I'd have received 12 bars in good condition in the first place which would be 5 stars but they've accepted the fault and done something about it so 4 stars for me. Will be ordering again as think they are some of the best tasting protein bars out there, just hope to avoid faulty ones in future because does take time out of your day sorting it all out.
