Good Replacement Battery for Milwaukee 18v Tools
I got this battery for my Milwaukee 18v cordless tools. Anyone who has cordless power tools knows that you can never have too many batteries. An OEM Milwaukee 18v Lithium-Ion 5.0 Ah battery currently sells for about $60. So, at about $35, this battery costs significantly less, but a corresponding lower capacity of 4.0 Ah.My OEM Milwaukee batteries are all 5.0 Ah capacity. However, this battery at 4.0 Ah is about the same size as my existing OEM batteries. When I received this battery, it had almost a full charge, but I put it on my charger as noted in the instructions before using it the first time. Charging appeared to work fine. Note that some battery makers indicate that 3 to 5 charge/discharge cycles are required for the battery to achieve its full capacity. Like the OEM Milwaukee batteries, this one has built-in LED charge level indicators to monitor the battery usage status. When I put this battery in my trusty Milwaukee 18v 3/8-inch drive impact, it seemed to have plenty of power. So, two questions that come up are (1) how long before the battery is discharged under a long work session and (2) how long will the battery hold up under long term use. Some of my Milwaukee batteries are several years old so, hopefully, this battery will last just as long. I do not use my tools in a professional environment, but as active do-it-yourselfer, home mechanic, and race car owner, I expect a lot from my tools.

Works Just About as Good as my Name Brand Battery
What I really like about this 18 V battery is that this battery does hold its charge really well, and I have been able to charge it and use it throughout a day of working on my house. I like that this battery also has the indicator lights that show you when the battery is running low and also just give you a peace of mind to know that you’re not holding onto a dead battery when it could be on the charger. I like this battery has a good quality in feel to it that it’s made of good material materials and it should last me a while.I don’t have any complaints or any concerns with this battery so far or having at all, it really works great and as I said, it does compare to my name brand one that I have as well, performance wise. I really like that the price for this battery is on the lower end of the price range for Milwaukee, and Milwaukee-type batteries.Overall, I am really happy that I did find this 18V battery that has been working amazing on my 18 V compatible Milwaukee tools. I will recommend this battery to all my family and friends, and to anyone looking for an alternative to the name brand that I think works just as great, I would also recommend this to you too.

Read your Milwaukee Owners manual
The media could not be loaded. I charged this 4.0 Ah battery to full charge, using a Milwaukee branded charger Cat. NO.48-59-1812. I should note that this charger has the ability to charge M12 Milwaukee batteries as well as M18 batteries. I installed this battery in my Milwaukee branded drill/driver, cat.NO. 3601-20. The drill driver performed without issues or concerns with this "non branded" made in China battery. Now a word of caution and not wanting to mislead anyone. The Milwaukee branded charger states in an orange ("WARNING!')To reduce the risk of injury, user must read operator's manual. Charge only MILWAUKEE, M12 and M18 Li-Ion battery packs. Other types of batteries may burst causing personal injury or damage. Do not expose to rain") So, this battery manufacture states their product is compatible with Milwaukee branded 18- volt products. All I can do is give you the results of my usage. 1,) The battery did not burst into flames while charging with my Milwaukee branded charger, 2.) The battery usage in my Milwaukee branded drill/driver did not result in personal injury. 3.) The Milwaukee branded drill/driver was not damaged while being operated on this battery, and 4.) I didn't operate the Milwaukee branded drill/driver in the rain, explosive atmosphere, or any other acts of God that could have resulted in personal injury or property damage. And finally, I would like to add a personal note. I'm a retired Master Electrician. I started my career in 1975 before the invention of battery-operated power tools that can equal the abilities of today's products on the market. I have how ever used Milwaukee power tools from the start of my career, and I personally found them to be second to none. I know Milwaukee is an American based company and to be competitive in today's world market, that they have batteries for their branded tools made in other countries. I tested this battery with the caution and skills I have from working with things that run on electricity. And found this battery to be fit for duty on a Milwaukee branded drill/driver and charger.

No concerns
It doesn't pretend to be a Milwaukee battery and its kinda of nice. The big button makes it easy to take out and put into drills and chargers and overall it just works. I haven't had any charging issue or discharge issues with them and they act just like normal Milwaukee batteries. Comes charged too which is a plus.

Not bad for a knockoff.
I tested this battery on a cordless 6-in dual action brushless buffer. I did not use it for paint correction but I did use it to apply the wax to the vehicle. It was a 2006 Chevy Malibu SS, so a four-door midsize car. With the battery fully charged, I was able to wax the entire vehicle, I was only expecting to do about half. But the battery seem to do all right. It does not feel as light as some of the other ones I have tested, but it does seem to have the generic 18650s in it, I did include a picture, but I couldn't find much information on them.

So far so good, charged right up in my M18 charger and worked with M18 and other tools with adapters
One thing that struck me about this model is the battery life indicator is on the back side from the usual place. No big deal at all, just a difference. The power delivery so far seems good, and it charged up just as quickly as my OEM ones. The charger stopped charging automatically like it should, no heat from the battery or indications of miswiring. So far so good. I will report back if the battery life becomes and issue, but for now it's 5 stars.

Same as Milwaukee
Exact same thing as the Milwaukee charger with a different sticker and a better price. Remember, when you buy Milwaukee, you buy the name brand. They're all made in the same facility and then slapped with a different sticker.
