Very cool useful and sweet book. If you suddenly need to make a very tasty dessert with the help of a mixer and do not know the recipe - you just have to look here. I think that I have had a year to try all the recipes))

This was a gift to someone else. They are happy with the variety of recipes.

So far, all recipies we have tried from the book have not turned out very well. We successfully made the ice cream/ gelato but it just didn't taste very good. However, all of the recipies we have found online have worked out great and taste great. It is anecdotal, but the recipies in this book just seem subpar so far.

This book is decent. There are a lot of bad copy/paste errors, for example a blueberry chocolate recipe states to purée the bananas. If you can get past that, there are some good recipes.

I will like to buy on kindle

A really nice book. Easy to read and understand. Anyone could use it. I recommend this to anyone that likes good ice cream
