Let me start by finding something negative to say. It came without instructions or documentation of any sort.It turns out that I didn't need anything, I found some cloning software from Laplink and copied 90% of my old computer to this little guy. Microsoft 365 Outlook was not an easy transfer, and I needed to spend time with Microsoft tech support to get in installed correctly.The computer is outstanding, fast and silent and currently attached to the back of one of my dual 27-inch monitors. It gives me much greater speed and response than my old Dell while at the same time freeing up a ton of desk space.The attached photograph is not very good, but it shows the computer and power supply attached to the monitor.

Very satisfied with this product. I had sent 3 other mini pcs back for they did not perform as expected. This one worked perfectly right out of the box. I don't regularly leave reviews but just had to this time

I researched and for the money this beats buying another bulky desktop or expensive laptop that is too big to lug around. It arrived fast and I have used it for 2 months and have had no issues. Once setup is complete (which is easy with win 11 installed) this small but powerful computer is particularly suited for school or business. It can play all the games I enjoy as well. With 32gb and a responsive SSD of 1 TB you have plenty of space to crunch data and storage to last a good long while. 2 Thunderbolt 4 ports give you LOTS of docking and upgrade options. Mount it on the back of your monitor and give yourself plenty of desk real estate.As a pc user for over 30 years, I can say I am more than satisfied with the purchase. Highly recommended!

I needed a small PC for Music Production. One without a loud fan and one that worked with an Apollo Twin X Thunderbolt. This one does and it works wonderfully. Seller was very helpful and this thing is uber quiet. Can hardly hear it. Programs run really quickly and graphics are great as well. I like the size so much. Takes up very little desk space

I purchased this to use as a Plex Media Server. I connected a USB hub that has 6 WD 5TB drives of Movies and Television shows.I have it connected to my home theatre amp as well and have toyed around with surfing the web on my TV and streaming video from sites without an app on my smart tv, android or apple devices.I am very happy with this purchase. It has exceeded my expectations. It is tiny yet powerful.

Computer bricked after 46 days of light office work. Now all it will do is say boot device not detected.Since it worked for 30 days, amazon will not let me return it.

Bought this for an office computer to replace an old Dell pc. I was astonished at how small it is.Super easy to set up and what a difference in the speed and power. So glad I purchased it. Shipping was fast- I ordered it in the afternoon and it arrived the next day.

This is the second one of these I have purchased. The first one was returned to Amazon for the same problem. From what I found on the Internet, Intel is aware that the chip controlling the Ethernet connector has problems, but has so far not found a fix. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. When I had the first one connected through an Ethernet switch with other devices, the connector worked. I found the second also worked on the switch but only at 80Mbps. When I removed the other devices, the NUC connector quit working with an error message that the cable wasn't connected. Otherwise, the NUC is a neat replacement for my old tower desktops which is why I didn't give it one star.UPDATE:After talking with the seller, I was able to find a work around that gives me an Ethernet connection that runs at about 600Mbps, which is the speed of my AT&T router. The seller, The Intel Store, was very helpful through the process. Definitely worth 5 stars.
