Sharp, Sturdy, Cuts Through Wood Like Butter
Vendor Ezarc offers this 5-pack of 9" reciprocating blades featuring Japanese-style saw teeth. We used it to cut through some dog ear 1"x7" fencing and a 2"x4" stud. Here is what to like:1. Because of the Japanese tooth format, these reciprocating saw blades are sharp...extremely sharp.2. At 9 inches in length, it can handle some pretty big jobs that standard-length recip blades can't.3. Their composition is chromium-vanadium, with emphasis on chromium...so they are built to last.4. They come in a hefty plastic case for secure storage but easy to toss into your utility tote.In our testing with our reciprocating saw, we were able to consistently cut through the stud and the wide fence plant in about 5 seconds per pass. We were amazed at the ease of the cut and how clean it was.For cutting ability, this would be a 5-star product. However, we have deducted one star for finish. The nose of each blade had little dents and dings and the finish on either side of each blade featured a couple of scratches and dull spots. While these are cosmetic and don't take away from overall cutting effectiveness, at the price point for the set, one should expect better quality control.Overall, an amazing saw blade that is sure to make quick work of typical sawing projects.

Very aggressive teeth to get the job done!
Most reciprocating saw blade I have used have small teeth and don't last long once you start cutting. I was drawn to these by the Japanese style teeth layout. The teeth on this blade are long and sharp. They are also offset from each other so that they don't clog quickly. Definitely well thought out design. These would be excellent trimming trees or thick hedges. In terms of woodworking, these would be useful in cutting rough lumber or small logs. These blades will fit all standard reciprocating saws. You get 5 in the package and they come in a nice little plastic case. I liked the case better than the loose blades you normally get. I will definitely try these again!

Ok for the price
Not sure what Japanese Fleam technology is, but I'm not impressed. These look scary sharp...almost like they would scare the branch off the tree. That's about all you get though...they tend to gum up when cutting green trees. Blades with traditional wide teeth like a bow saw do better. These are better for cutting dry wood like 4x4's and such. Not bad at the price point and they do hold an edge over numerous cuts.

Good for clearing limbs and some brush
I tried to show some different wood blade styles--the Japanese style is in the middle with 2 other woodworking style saws on either side.I had good control and usage with this 9 inch saw when cleaning some brush and limbs using a 36v Metabo hpt Recip. It cut well and had good control.Going through wood only this works very well and at the price point of around 15 bucks this is a good set to have on hand.

Strong and durable
I got these blades to use while cutting down a sago palm. These blades work great. Super strong and do a great job at cutting fast and deep. I love that the pack comes with 5 blades and not just 2 like others. I did have some of the teeth on the blade break off towards the base but other than that these are very reliable blades. highly recommended.

Quick cut
These blades work great for pruning limbs. The hold up well and are well worth the cost.

Use with larger sip saws
Not the normal domestic/DIY type reciprocating blades, these are bigger.Super sharp and are a bit more 'industrial ' than the domestic ones.Makes short work of larger braches/wood.

2 pairs of blades needed seperating.
The 'EZARC Japanese Tri-Edged Teeth Reciprocating Saw Blades 225 mm, Fleam Ground Teeth Wood Pruning Saw Blades 8 TPI for Tree Trimming, 5 Pieces' arrived in a plastic storage case,I found 2 pairs of blades stuck together in the case, they appear to have a coating which is noticeable in one of my photographs of a blade tip, I was able to seperate the blades. The blades were a bit of a tight fit in my JCB sabre saw, possibly due to the same material as found on the tip.In use the blades seem to cut well through apple branches though I let them work at their own pace; not putting them under excessive load.

Sakrisch scharf - Japanklinge eben
