I love this filtering set, works effectively and efficiently, water is good tasting comparable to bottled water and it’s filtered at home saving money!

This is the best water filter I’ve tried so far. I’m someone who can really taste the difference in my water, and this has been my favorite. The water tastes fresh and clean, and I also love that it’s a glass pitcher, so I’m using less plastic. I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for an easy way to improve the taste of your water while also cutting down on plastic.

This glass pitcher is a gamr changer. It fits perfectly in our fridge. You might want to get a couple depending on how many people you have in your home. If you have been leaning on the fence concerning a water filtration system, try this first. Water tastes clean and is clear. No aftertaste. After refilling, keep it in the fridge, and remember to change the filter every three months as per the instructions, or when it slows down. Make the switch to glass, and get some glass to go bottles. We are very happy we purchased this product, and We will be buying a second one!!

UPDATE: I have added an additional star to my rating. After my initial review, Waterdrop contacted me and sent a different dispenser to try. They did not ask me to change my review, but any company that is so proactive in trying to solve issues, deserves credit. The new dispenser functions perfectly. I would still prefer a pitcher but I have no complaints on the functionality of the dispenser. It holds much more water and allows me to keep my tumblers filled. I should also say my review is based on how the original pitcher served my particular needs. But kudos to Waterdrop customer service. Flawed design keeps it from perfection. It does the job in filtering water, but has some issues. I like the glass pitcher, but since the filter compartment is plastic, I don't think it serves an effective purpose. The filter is so large, that it leaves little room for water volume. Fill up one large tumbler and you need to refill the pitcher. It's also very heavy for the volume of water it holds It does have some positives. The water does taste better than from a Brita pitcher. I can't give a half star, but consider this a 3 and a half. My search for a filtered pitcher continues.

It took me a while to decide what kind of water filter system I wanted. I am so happy that I got the water drop. The pink color is so nice and I read somewhere that having pink in your house was good feng shui. This is so simple to use and honestly the water taste fantastic once it goes through the filter. The price for this water drop is excellent and the water quality is excellent. I drink about 68 ounce cups a day and I fill it up after that for the next day.

The water has no taste. It is just refreshing cool water. I am so pleased with my glass pitcher. It is a little heavier than the plastic ones but better. Cleans up sparkling and the crisp of the water is amazing.

I like that the pitcher is glass and I also like that the water filters through the filter fairly quickly. However, the way you fill it is somewhat quirky with a flapper cover that is pushed down by water pressure when you’re filling it. The water does taste great and if the filter truly does what they say it does, that’s great too.

I've had this for a couple of days. So far the water definitely tastes and smells better, no chlorine smell. It fills up easily and doesn't take very long to filter. I like that it has a rubber cuff around the bottom too prevent banging on the counter, but it's removable for cleaning. So far I love the look and quality of it.

I am very pleased with this water filter jug. It’s the glass one and is stable and has a great non stick base that helps keep it secure. This base comes off so you can clean it too. The handle has a nice smooth feel to it. The water filter allows water through really quickly and the difference in taste from the original tap water is massive. I have not had a water filters for many years and thought I would give it a go. Good value for money,I really do recommend it.

I am very impressed with the Waterdrop pitcher/filter. After doing much comparison shopping and reading many reviews, this system stood out to me and I can now see why it was so highly recommended. It has quality construction, made from thick, durable plastic. I love how fast the filter works and that it lasts so long.... and the water tastes so pure. I've tried a few other highly rated systems, but they were either too expensive for me to maintain or just weren't quality products. I will be sticking with Waterdrop from now on.
