It does smell like wet hay, but it has not an unpleasant taste. I'm drinking a cup in the morning and then last thing at night.

Moringa tea has many health benefits. It is said to help with fat loss, sugar control, skin quality and energy levels to name but a few. I have found that it has helped with controlling my type 2 diabetes and has certainly, in the 8 weeks I have been drinking it twice daily, improved my blood sugar level reading by 1.5 points. I have also noticed an improvement in my facial skin tone during the same period. I would recommend it highly as it is an amazing and natural product that not only works but has a pleasant taste.

I read somewhere that this tea is really good for you and thought I would try it. The first time I made it I left the bag in as I usually do with herb teas but discovered that it tastes truly foul. The instructions say stir the bag with a spoon for 30-45 seconds and then remove. Made this way it is drinkable and tastes vaguely grassy. I haven't noticed any health benefits so far and you certainly wouldn't drink this tea for its taste.
