Different but I quickly adapted
I had been using the liquid MCT oil in my coffee along with a scoop of collagen protein to curb my appetite in the morning and give me energy and clarity. The MCT oil is messy and doesn't blend well, kinda floats on top of the coffee and coats your lips when you drink it. I researched the powdered MCT oils to find one with the higher % of MCT's with mostly the C8 since that's supposed to be the most beneficial. This Giant brand was a high % and with no other additives other than the acacia fiber. I wasn't surprised to see that the container looked almost half way empty because all of the collagen and protein supplements that I've tried that come in this kind of container look the same way due to settlement and dispersement of the powder when filling them. I was a little dismayed when I tried it the first time because it was different from what I was used to but the slight difference in taste was not unpleasant. I didn't even notice it after using it in a couple of cups. I use a small handheld blender or "milk frother" from Bean Envy to stir in my collagen, ghee or butter and this Giant MCT powder into my cup so everything dissolves beautifully for a "creamy" tasting cup of coffee. Very happy with this product!

My ‘go to’ product for going into Ketosis..
This is the Best MCT oil powder! I’ve used a few brands, including Perfect Keto. And even though I like that brand, this product is the exact same thing but for a fraction of the price. I’ve actually compared labels.. I never go a day without this stuff (from GIANT) in my house. It has NO fillers and it’s as clean as you can get! They actually have a 100% open label!! I’m completely ketogenic, so I’m very careful with what I put into my body. And this product really is all I could ask for. The only ‘sort of’ complaint I have is... starting out It was a little upsetting to the tummy.. and by that I mean, I have ulcers.. so I have a sensitive stomach.. that’s an issue I deal with, it has nothing to do with the product. However if your new, you should be aware that this could happen... But if you start out with lower doses and work your way up to the recommended dose, that issue does go away. That’s always been the case for me with any MCT oil powder product I’ve used. I should also add that I’ve never had any other stomach issues with this product. Many brands will cause all sorts of problems. But that hasn’t been the case for me with GIANT products. It’s also definitely the biggest bang for your buck!! It’s absolutely flavorless, I mean.. you can add this stuff to water with Zero taste! It’s pretty impressive! So overall, I definitely recommend this product from this company! Also, in case you’re wondering.. this product does put me into ketosis! 😉

All the good stuff and none of the bad
I bought this as a convenience for when I am on the road, easier than trying to contain oil in a suitcase and avoiding laundry disasters. It's a bit pricey for me on a regular basis but I am well pleased. The powder dissolved easily in my coffee and for my initial trial I only used mct powder and butter and after spinning it up with my battery powered frother found it to be even more creamy and yummy than when I have added collagen. The 'staticy' consistency is because, unlike other mct powders, it does not contain maltodextrin or sodium caseinate. Maltodextrin is some kind of starch made into a powder by hydrolysis (could be corn which would likely be GMO) to bind with the oil to keep the powder form until liquid is added. It has no nutritive value, spikes blood glucose and is higher on the glycemic index than sugar. It suppresses healthy gut bacteria and has been linked to autoimmune diseases. Sodium caseinate is a milk protein that has been linked to autism and gastrointestinal problems and could be a problem for those with lactose intolerance. Acacia fiber on the other hand is a great prebiotic fiber that digests slowing in the distal part of the colon, minimizing gastric upset, slowing glucose absorption and protecting the gut lining. Seems like a super win to me and I can say that, two hours after my morning coffee I feel energetic and no stomach discomfort which I sometimes experience at this time with my usual mct oil.

Highly Recommended
The powder is very to digest, high in fiber, non-GMO has 75% MCT. Has 61% C-8 and 39% C-10, you want a high amount of C-8 when you are on a Keto type lifestyle. There is a scooper enclosed so you can measure it accurately. There is no flavor to the product, it will absorb whatever flavor you are using it with. It blends easily with a whisk if you don't have a blender for drinks. I don't like dragging out my blender to make my morning Bulletproof coffee so I just use a whisk. Yes, I use bulletproof brain octane and the MCT Oil Powder...why? Bullet proof is expensive and you can't use too much of it, it will go right through you. However, I noticed this is easier on your digestion and won't make you run to the bathroom. It's a way to increase your MCT oil safely, in my opinion and experience. I'm not a doctor so check with your personal physician, I have.

Wonderful Product
I have to admit I am very impressed. I have been doing Keto 2 years and tried alot of stuff. This product is by far the best I have ever tried. Every morning I throw a scoop in my coffee and then blend with my Magic Bullet and it is perfect. It mixed perfectly, no clumps at all. The only problems I have with this product is as you can see in my picture the container was only 1/2 full and it is expensive. I am keeping track of how many scoops I get out of this container and will update that later. Otherwise I love it and will continue to buy it.

GREAT STUFF & IT DOES THE JOB!
I love this....so much, that I can dip into it with a spoon and eat it...LOL...but don't NEED to be doing that! It throw you into Ketosis fast, absolutely no complaints there! :-) I also bought the Organic Nuton Ketone Oil....Pure MCT8.....I use both. I have NO tummy issues from either one, as some have stated. I use both in coffee...but can also just take the oil from a spoon...and have actually ate...LOL...the MCT Oil Powder, after I used the scoop to dump it into a small bowl....both work great (just WATCH those ketones rise!! :-) ) I will definitely be purchasing both as soon as they get low. God, I looked at SO MANY...finally found 2 that I love....because they work awesome! :-)
