So my parents had a vibration plate and while I was visiting them on holiday I had so much fun "playing" with it. However while I usually come back from my parents a little bit heaver (what can I say mom's food is divine) I was surprised when I hit weighed myself and I hadn't gained any weight. I also don't go to the gym much when I'm at my parents but when I did my monthly body scan at my gym I hadn't lost any muscle mass either so I became mega converted and decided I needed one in pink. And I love it. For starters I can't put together anything so I was grateful it came fully put together. It also is so easy to use I can move it anywhere in the room to get the best view of the T.V. and then I can hide it under my bed after. But the stuff that doesn't matter to anyone. I love the vibration options it has a couple of preset options you can chose but personally I like to put it as high as I can while keeping my balance and doing my workout. It has helped my workouts be so much more efficient and I love it. I also would like to add that my dad bought it for his ruined fascia and it has helped him immensely with both pain relief and improved motion in his ankles.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to like this. I love it! I was able to do squats for 10 min with weighs. Very versatile. 1000% helps with aches and back pain. Loosens up lactic acid from working out. I did NOT get this vibration plate to lose weight. It will take doing all the right things for weightloss. It’s a wonderful aid and It has soo many benefits.

I plan to start adding squats and other movements to increase the challenge. My main motivation for buying it was the lymphatic drainage benefits, and I am curious to see if those results show up with longer-term use. Overall, the machine works exactly as advertised. Awesome product and loving the speed and efficiency. Speed and vibration can go up to 120 also we can set time to shutdown. Package was well packed with easy manual and everything was packed individually in ziplocks. After using feels like blood circulation is really well flowing and muscle movements are relieved.
