Awesome cheese!!!
I bought this cheese to cold smoke and it turned out fantastic!!!! It has a fantastic flavor before smoking and even better after!!! Very smooth cheese. Shredded it and put it on a Papa Murphy's take and bake pizza and it is absolutely delicious!!!

Good premiium mozzarella
I bought the 6 lb Bella Rosano mozzarella, shipped by ArmyGirl. It came well-packed with ice packs and insulation. Its "best by" date is in three months from the date of arrival. The cheese has a stronger flavor than Grande mozzarella (the restaurant-quality brand that pizza makers all rave about) - I'd say it's a little saltier.

Best mozzarella cheese I purchased. Thank you Bella Rosano for making this cheese for people to enjoy. I made home pizza that's equivalent if not better than restaurant pizza with this mozzarella cheese. May God bless Bella Rosano Mozzarella Cheese so I can keep buying their mozzarella cheese for as long as I live.

Great Packaging - arrived fresh with no hardness
Made pizza within an hour of shipment arriving. Just Wonderful. Upon initial order , item was to arrive on the 23rd showed up on the 13th... Ylneed I say anymore? Buy It!

Cheese ended up being ok
Shipper barely put any cold packs in the shipping package, by the time it got to me the cheese was barely cool to the touch. The cheese ended up being fine but that was cutting it too close for my comfort
