Strong and durable product
Product is very good and the best part is it is strong and unbreakable. The previous one which I bought was from different brand and broke down in 4 months. The pipe is thick. Value for money.

Defective product received twice
The lock is not working properly even in a full lock condition, so the water flows out. Replaced twice, but the issue persisted, so I finally refunded.

Good built but a poorly functional product.
The product is made of good material and quality without keeping the functionality in mind. The tube is made of good material but is extraordinary thick walled on which the stopper does not function properly. The water doesn't Stop flowing and keep trickleing. This much thick tube is otherwise also not required which reduces its flexibility and functionality. It's a very good product if the tube's thickness is reduced by just a millimetre.

Excellent Product
The product is excellent. I used the kit for self-enema in a sitting position on commode. The 2 metre tube is sufficiently long. The multiple insertion tips will help a person to choose the correct size tip suitable for him and also will allow the item to be used by multiple family members. However, I noticed a minor problem. During the first use, the clip couldn't completely stop the water flow even when the clip is pressed to maximum. The tube appears to be relatively tougher compared to the strength of the clip. The problem is solved by slightly flattening the tube portion passing through the clip by pressing the tube between fingers.
