Worth it
For the price this a good practice bow, its helped my son learn responsibility of taking care of it and was a good place to start. The arrows are rubber tipped and the "wrist guard" is honestly terrible its like cheap backpack material with velcro, as well the arrow carring case won't stay upright with arrows in it while carrying it. All that being said the bow functions great and the arrows are all straight with a notch at the end. So far my son has had it for four months and it has held up better than I expected, a few of the rubber tips have come off the arrows. Great buy if your looking for a starting place.

Smooth
Bought it to go with my robin hood costume 2 years ago for a Halloween party. I only needed the bow and arrows and the arrow holder. Only to find out they were not letting people in with arrows, swords, and fake guns that went along with their costumes smh. I still got good pics with it and my costume. Let my 3yo son have it as a gift after since I had no more use for it lol.

Fun gift idea
We got this for our four year old's birthday. The accessories are a little cheesy and the quiver is not user friendly. Every time my son wears the quiver, it tips upside down and all the arrows fall out. But the actual bow and arrows are spot on. The bow looks authentic and is sturdy. It has withstood months of being played with. None of the arrows have broken. The rubber tips on the arrows make them harmless for a young child to shoot with.

It's a bow-shaped toy
So, yeah. I failed to notice the "arrows" don't have fletching and are also so weak that a single shot from the bow (by a kid) causes noticeable warping - I think it's made of some kind of reed. Exceptionally inaccurate. That said, it's good enough for kids to play pretend with.3/5 stars is generous. I'd say more like 2.5

Awesome gift
Gave this to my eight year old daughter. Love the thick rubber tips. They're strong and hold well in cardboard without risking injury to clumsy archers lol

Realistic looking safe bow and arrow set
Boys age: 9 & 11Per the boys: Once you get the arrow on, it shoots really far and really well. It looks really nice. More powerful than an average nerf gun. It's a little smaller than expected. Arrow tips are soft. However, don't shoot into white surfaces (as background for the target), as they could mark it pretty badly. We did that and we are paying for it.Wish it was easier to load the arrow and keep it locked. The way it is setup right now, it slips unless you are careful when you pull it back. Aiming, in the beginning, is a little hard given that its not locked in place. Once you get used to it, you could aim pretty well.Overall this is a lot of fun. Specially when you are staying at home (Covid-19) and don't know what else to do.

Attractive but Not Functional
I am using the bow for a costume, so functionality wasn't my main concern and if that's what you're looking for- this will work. But its not your best option. I barely pulled on the string and the bow immediately cracked and splintered. I had to patch it with glue and string to make it look right and make sure I didn't get a splinter. If you want to pull on the string at all for photos, look somewhere else. If you are looking for a bow for your kids to learn with, this will not work. In this set, the arrows have fraying pieces of wood that will easily leave splinters in little fingers. Again, a single pull on the string cracked the bow causing it to splinter which will be unsuitable for children.

It is very good
I bought for my niece as a birthday present. We played with the arrow set all day long. We were aiming at the target papers, and it was so much fun. The arrows and bows were made of wood, and I didn't want kids to play with cheap plastic materials, so I wanted to buy a gift made by the tree. Also, the package comes with a quiver, and it is convenient to carry all the arrows. The spring is very light, which allows it to pass long hours without getting tired. I'm glad I found something to get her out of the computer.
