First of all the rubber material is actually incredibly soft so it doesn't feel like dragging rubber over your skin (I actually really like the way it feels). I get headaches and clench my jaw when I sleep, and this has been a pretty cool alternative way to try to get some of those muscles to loosen up. The vibrations and the heat both feel really nice, and I'm thinking if I can be consistent with use this may make a lot of difference. It is perfectly shaped for the curves of the face, neck, and jaw.My only complaint (and this is honestly a big one for me) - I hate proprietary charging cables. There is no reason for everything to not be USB-C at this point. If I lose the cable I'm out of luck. Would love to see this fixed.

Helps with relieving jaw and minor neck pain.

This is a really great device! I have pretty bad TMJ on my left side, and it hurts horribly when it acts up. This massager fits that side of my face perfectly and really helps relax the muscles. The material is a really nice soft silicone that feels wonderful against my face. The shape is interesting. Its curved in one direction, and it fits the left side of my face like a glove. If the pain where on my right, I don't know that it would be quite as effective.The one thing I am really not crazy about is the charger. It's really strange, I've never seen a connection like it before. If I lose the charger, I don't know how I would ever find a replacement.

Perhaps I need more detailed instructions but this just seems like something to vibrate against my jaw. Hard to use while doing anything else. I won't keep using it; other things are more effective for me.

Huhhh. It’s pretty hard to tell if it’s really working on relief pain, it’s small and easy to carry when I use it on my hand (holding it) it does relief the pain. Just for my hands and I have to hold it hard for it to massage. Other than that it doesn’t work out. Especially use it on neck and shoulder. It’s painful that you have to push hard on the neck and shoulder for it to massage. I can’t leave my hand off this. I don’t like it.
