Oxford 2016 Aquatex Scooter Motorcycle With Top Box Waterproof Cover

Had the old version of this and it was crap. This version is much better. Waterproofing is much better. It doesn't stick to my hot exhaust.Probably fit any naked bike up to 650cc

Very good for the price and covers the bike well. The strap is nice and long to keep it attached to the bike in heavy wind. Similar type and quality to others I've bought but much better price wise. I like the lock slots in the front should you need to lock the front wheel and the cover together. Will buy again as these only last about 12 months.

A great light weight cover, excellent value.

It is not blue - it is black and silver. This is a low cost lightweight cover that looks smart. The unusual element is the camel hump for a top box which makes this cover a good overall fit without draping. The sizes are true - XL for a KTM 1050 Adventure and in this instance L for a Ducati ST3s. The belly strap works well enough and the red edged holes for a chain at one end also help getting it the right way around before putting it over the bike. The bad side is that it will last 12 months if used daily outdoors. The material starts to decay after about nine months, becomes brittle at stress points and simply splits. At first it feels like a couple of small tears and that's all but in the end it shreds - all on the silver panel from seat to rear. I am on my third one (I know, I should have learnt but I like it). Why don't Oxford sort this? If used when on trips away and mostly indoors the shortening of exposure to UV will extend its life. I am on the hunt for an alternative but it is so compact that it suits the way I use it.

This is my 3Rd cover now and I could tell before I even put it on my scooter that it was the perfect choice !! It is made with great quality materials- the shape of it to cover the box on the back also is amazing and there is so much material that it actually covers my whole bike and some extra material for underneath also - it is waterproof and also has hole for my wheel chain whoever designed this cover put a lot of thought into it - I recommend this to be the best cover all round and I mean it when I say it’s Perfect it is

It was good for about 13-14 months, and then it started to deteriorate, now at 15 months it needs replacing (see photo).

This is the fifth Oxford cover I've bought over the years because I find that their products are robust and protect my motorcycles well.The British weather does punish the top surface so if you're keeping your bike outdoors, don't expect the cover to last for years. That said, the drawstring is useful for keeping the cover on your bike even in high winds.My motorbike is a Kawasaki GTR 1400.
