Laura AshleyCrochet Cotton 17x24/21x34 in. 2-Piece Bath Rug Set, Creamy White

My first order, the chrocheted lace was falling apart and had lots of yarn with visible 1" pieces coming out around the edge, center, including some of the yarn falling out of the mat. I returned it as it was definitely not salvageable. My second one arrived and it is in pristine condition. No yarn endings exposed and all the crochet intact. However, please bear in mind this can be washed in cold water and line dry . No dryer. Not sure why, after all it is 100% cotton. The dye color may bleed out as they said to wash with like colors or alone. It would take a week to dry in my house if I hung it over the shower pole or anywhere for that matter. So it is something to consider. The rugs are a great size, plush and very pretty to look at. I wash and dry my rugs almost weekly normally. My washer does a pretty dry setting on the spin cycle if I select it. I think it quite possibly because of what it is could shrink as most 100% cotton does which might cause the crochet to unravel possibly. Not sure. They are really pretty rugs but might be a problem except perhaps a guest bathroom that does not get the traffic a normal bathroom would get. Not sure. I know all about this as I read the care card attached, I will see how it goes to feel comfortable with the purchase. Right now I am enjoying their beauty. The larger one is quite large and can be an everyday bathroom rug or a nice bath mat. It is not always easy to find this color, and Laura Ashley products are typically top notch. So here's hoping. Just be aware they will take extra care.OK... washed on delicate in washer, tossed in dryer on low setting. Was expecting it to fall apart... not at all. came out plush and beautiful. No balls of yarn or huge clumps ... one piece no shedding, just perfect. I did have to send one set back as it was falling apart ... 2nd set is a keeper. Color did not fade.

Color it’s so pretty, makes my rental looks so much better. It’s not slippery, better than expected. Color it’s perfectly described. The thickness it’s makes them look even better. Two different size to accommodate the rugs where the fit better. My bathroom it’s very small still I Highly recommend themI’m sure you like how rugs feel and look.

these are so cute! I absolutely love them! I would probably wash them separately, and maybe not so good for a high traffic bathroom, but they`re beautiful in my bathroom!

The rugs are very pretty, love the color, but had to wash first on a delicate cycle and dry on delicate before I could even use them due to an awful musky odor. They laundered great though. Only gave 4 stars due to having to wash them right out of the package.

I purchased this two-piece product instead of just the single larger rug because I needed a sink rug and a rug for in front of my guest toilet. The larger rug lays flat very well and it a very pretty rug. The smaller rug is not usable at all because no matter how much stretching is applied, it simply curls under at the corners. It will not lay flat. It would appear the center of the rug is too big for the trim pulling the corners under. I am extremely disappointed in that I cannot use the smaller rug at all. For one, its looks awful. And for another, it is a major tripping hazard. I wish I had purchased just the one rug for less money, but then again, it would be a risk that it, too, would not lay flat. I think I should just be thankful that at least one rug is made well (fortunately the most needed one) and I will not take a chance that upon returning and reordering that the second set of rugs would be made properly at all. I won't take a chance to end up with nothing. I would never recommend purchasing this rug because I think the quality control is non-existent.

This product had the strong odor of animal pee!!!I had to throw it in the washer immediately upon receiving it.THEN, 15 % of the pile(yarn) was left in the washer, strings hanging off it everywhere. Once dry it is not going to look new.I am thoroughly disgusted and disappointed in this product.0 rating!

I have returned this item and I’m finding it impossible to get help for a refund. It’s almost a month now!! Very annoying!!
