Vessel should have kept liquid cold for up to 100 hours? It didn’t last 1 hour. I may have had a faulty product but I’ve asked for my money back

Product not fit for purpose
This product does not meet its sales hype. The flask does not even keep liquids cool for 24 hours. Waste of money. Am now attempting to get my money back.

Great product! Hot and Cold for hours!
Great product and does what it says on the tin, keeps my drinks hot and cold for hours! Great for long walks and hot evenings when you need to keep it icy cold.... looking forward to using on the golf course in the winter to keep my coffee hot!
