this product does not do exactly what it say you can sit in front of it makes no difference my 7 yr old grandson could blow stinger

Only 1 out of 2 purchased worked and very poor customer service
When it works the product is ok, not great power and costs approximately £1 for every 10 hours run in batteries (on low or high setting). However the product is not robust. Out of the 2 I purchased only 1 worked. Seller was not proactive in dealing with the return (very slow and generally unwilling to help) and is unwilling to refund £5.99 postage for the returned item despite the fact that it was returned because it was faulty. Seriously, there are a multitude of similar products for sale through companies that are far better to deal with.

Total waste of money
After paying £39.99 I actually expected it to have a plug. It either runs on batteries or you need to have an adapter. Not too much of an issue however as I already have said adapter. The reason for return is that it doesn't actually do anything!! Total waste of money.

Not fit for purpose
After a first cool blast it produced only a soft breeze with no cooling effect. The Water tank remained full for over 24 hours suggesting that it was not being taken up. Even to benefit from the air movement it had to be within about a foot of the individual using it. Overall, not fit for purpose.

Returned for refund - may have been damaged at delivery though
Arrive quicker than estimated, Worked for an hour though this may have been related to the delivery driver throwing / dropping it over our 6 foot gate. Returned for refund - no option to replace at original price which was cheaper. When working it was good at cooling the immediate area

Poor little thing
I would re-buy it. requires lots of batteries and it has the habit to leak. Also the cold its generating is not really worth it.

Absolute waste of money
Don't waste your money. This fan is so weak you need to stand literally within inches of it to feel any cold air at all. We used it in a tent bedroom whilst camping and it made no difference at all. To be honest it is next to useless, still you learn by experience
