Works as promised.

The pumps dont last forever but this one lasts a long long time. I have had my 250 gallon tank for 14 years now and I have had this brand pump for the last 2 replacements.

The new pump works better than the last two that it replaces. In fact, it works so good that I have to keep it dialed down to keep from overflowing the collection cup.Thanks for the quick delivery,Al

Pump works well for about 2 years then impellers go bad. have 3 of the ASM skimmers with 3 different pumps for about 10 years and all have the same problem..

I have a 180 gallon saltwater tank and have used this brand of skimmer pump for over 7 years. They've each lasted about 3 years and I wouldn't expect anything more considering they run 24/7 in salt water.

This replaced our burnt out pump, however it has absolutely no instructions on installation. So before you take apart the other pump, be sure to take pictures of it, then replace it.

This pump works great for about 2 years, then it dies. In 6 years I've had to replace it twice, but it's less expensive than buying a new skimmer.
