Theres a reason why this item has a high return rate. Does it work? Sure, once in a while. Sometmes it can read and sometimes it doesnt. And customer service is NON-existence. I got this item and email customer twice. Since then, 30 days has passed and i got a refund and still they never responded. Youtube videos on this are useless if the item works only sometimes. Dont waste your time or money here.

It was a little tricky on setup, but does exactly what I wanted it to do.For those who commented that they couldn't get an "xbox controller driver"to install on their windows computer... I found the driver on my Windows 11 ISO (cd image) and installed without issue.Aimzenix has premade configurations. I installed the one for Call of Duty and it worked just fine. By using their discord and youtube videos, I was able to get setup and running. I even made a couple "Smart Rocker" profiles for a couple of the guns I use which makes aiming very precise. Does what it says it does and I couldn't be happier...

I would give this five stars. There are currently bugs that are going on in the software that are affecting features for this device. You currently cannot properly use the device unless you turn off flex mapping. When turning off flex mapping. This actually affects your scroll wheel on your mouse so then that affects your ability to switch weapons in game. There's no real update as to when this will be fixed, which kind of stink since it's a new product.Also the app has problems with it losing connection with the device. So every time you open the app you have to add the device back to the app which also is kind of tedious

With minimal lag, this unit will allow you to get auto aim for controller while using a mouse and keyboard. Does it work? Technically, yes. It is hard to setup, there is no question about that. But once you have it going, it works. You simply plug it into a USB port then plug you r Keyboard and Mouse into it. You then pair your controller to your PC. A this point it is all connected and ready to go. But this is the issues, at least for me. Epic knows this device. It can detect it and if you get caught using it you will get your account banned. Due to that, I cannot recommend it. It is cheating. Period. the price is pretty high for a cheating device too, making it not good as a gag gift or to just have fun with. Don't forget, you have to use a VPN and spoof your mac address in order to not get banned and they both add additional latency. It's not something you can hook up for your friend or child that isn't as good as you so they can play on your level, in your lobby without getting clobbered without running the risk of getting their Switch or PC banned. I had to take this to a local Wi-Fi hotspot with a laptop I did not care about just to test it. And although it worked, I didn't stick around to find out how long before I was auto banned or someone reported me. I had to create a new account to do it too. Too much work just to cheat! It makes no sense. I would never use one myself, but I was curious to see how it would go. Now you know. And now I know why it is so often returned.

I can't set the recoil; it's very hard to use. It consumes a lot of time and lags frequently, so I ended up returning it. No clear instructions and ppl on discord will rob u if u buy their configs save time and money don't buy

Does not detect my PC so its unusable. Tried contacting customer service and they do not reply. So frustrating, do not waste your money.

This Device will not install controller drivers for Windows 11. You can not get the x360 drivers from any site to have them installed. I have not tried Windows 10, but I would expect they would possibly work there. Since the drivers will not be recognized, the entire unit will not connect, making it useless.
