The BDC ‘Bottom Double Coil’ is probably the best thought out of all the e Liquid tank systems out there. The Aspire Nautilus breaks down very quickly into 5 simple parts. Although I have reviewed this elsewhere to explain the PRO’s and CON’s of the system these cartridges are incredible well thought out and seem incredibly cheap given the steel quality and performance. Simply put the more you use the tank then the more the coil that does the vaporising gets gunky. Eventually this translates into less vapour and more power required to get the same volume of vapour. This means higher temps and burning liquid tastes; and so on until the coil either breaks down or you change it. Changing it means swapping the old coil out for one of these here and they work beautifully bringing your smoking pleasure back to the same levels as when you first bought the Aspire Nautilus. Very happy with the service would definitely buy again

Guess I was unlucky with these and received a bad batch. I'm on my last one already less tan a month later. I was dubious about the look of the coils as they seemed a lot more exposed than usual (not much cotton in there from what I could see), and sure enought the first one lasted a few vapes, then my battery gave me the 'atomiser short' message, the second pretty much did the same thing. The rest fared slightly better but didn't taste as good. The last one I'm on now did the best out of the lot.I'm not a heavy vaper and am used to my coils lasting around two to three weeks, or until they just stop performing as well.As I said, I guess this was just a bad batch, I have some 1.6 coils to try, hopefully they'll fare better.I will be purchasing a subtank Mini in the near future, just so I can give rebuilding a try should I want to, at least that way if it goes wrong then it's my own fault for not being careful enough, I'm getting a better appreciation for why some people don't like to use 'production line' coils.

I check the codes which you scratch off on the back of the box and every time they are genuine aspire products. Sometimes you get a coil that doesn't last long for some reason!

I don't know if these are even 100% genuine or not! but they are the worst I have ever used. I have been using the aspire nautilus for a long time now without issues, I know every little tip and trick to get the best out of these great little vaporisers. I have used both style coils before the BDC and the much better BVC, however I went for these as they are cheaper and wanted to stock up.What a mistake, the first one I used immediately had a burnt taste, I just assumed I either hadn't primed it, left it standing upright long enough to let the juice soak up or, my MOD (battery) was on too higher setting and had burnt the coil......wrong, replaced immediately with a new coil ensuring that none of those things could cause the issue, again I immediately got a burnt taste, and it was a very week hit.The next day I decided to try one more, and was even more carful to make sure my could would not burn, MOD on lowest setting and nearly flooded the coil priming it with Juice.....I though no way could it burn this time......but first hit I got a burnt taste and almost no vapor as them MOD was so low, I gave up went straight back on Amazon and ordered myself some BVC sold by the seller SmashingDealsDirect, these work like a charm and now I have a perfectly working Nautilus again.Basically avoid these coils at all cost......

I'm not sure if some are legit and some fake, or whether different batches are built to a different quality, but I find some last so much longer than others.In future I plan to only buy from companies that are approved Aspire suppliersplease vote as helpful, if of course, it helped!

Bought from smashingdealsdirect.Code checked out so they are genuine.Vaping at 11 watts / 5 volts.These BDC coils don't have the CE logo on them unlike the newer BVC coils which do have them.The BDC coils for the ViVi Nova/K1 are the same as they only have the CE logo on the newer BVC.>>>I have looked around and found out the older BDC coils (FOR BOTH TYPES OF COIL) DO NOT have the CE logo on them.I have searched multiple sites and viewed multiple pictures of original BDC coils.Always leave the vendor where you purchased your coils from to avoid confusion.
