Easy to Use
I'm a small person and this hose was really easy to carry and use. It wraps up nicely. The nozzle works great.

Super light
Love this hose, Iβve owned more than one, but they are not very weather resistant. It wonβt tolerate staying out in the severe weather (heat and snow). They only last me a couple of years and Iβm very careful with them.

Great Stretchy, Flexible Hose
I have used many of these hoses and I love them, but there is nothing worse than a short hose! It wonβt stretch far enough and that is terribly inconvenient! Iβm using this one to attach to the house for close watering jobs. Because it is very small, it is also lightweight. For watering close plants, it is perfect. Just the right length and flow of water. This sprayer is awesome! It is very convenient when youβre using it to clean big items outside like a trash can as well. The hose is a good quality. It was very easy to install and the shipping was quick.Just so you know, this review is from an impartial opinion. Amazon sent this product to me to review, so you know this is an unbiased review.I believe if you get this, you will not be disappointed, it is pretty straightforward and exactly as it is posted.πDisclaimer-My review is part of the Vine program on Amazon. They chose us to give our honest opinions/reviews in exchange for products at a reduced price. I have to pay taxes on the items, so they are not completely free. Here is my personal rating system:πππππ Five Stars - If I absolutely love the product and it exceeds my expectation, I will actively suggest the product to the people I influence and would purchase it again myself as needed.ππππ Four Stars - I really like the product and it does what the seller claims it would do. I would more than likely recommend it to someone if I knew they were looking for that product.πππ Three Stars - The product is standard, and for the most part does exactly what they say it does, but I would specify any differences. There may be things about a three star rating that I donβt like about the product. If I knew someone were looking for that specific item and I recommend it to them, I would also share with them the reservations that I have.βοΈβοΈ Two Stars - I take low ratings seriously. I also take seriously issues with products after you have spent good money on them. In this case, I would probably never recommend anything that I would rate two stars on, in fact, I would probably tell people so they would shy away from it.βοΈ One Star - it would take some serious issues to get a one star review for me. A bad product and bad customer service would do it though.I take pride in giving honest reviews & hope this review is helpful to you! π€

Doesn't kink when winding up for storage
One of the the main problems I've had with hoses is when you store them back on a hook is it always bends on certain spots and you have to lasso it out to make sure it doesn't create a choke on the hose. That kink is annoying. This hose on the other hand will not to that. I only need a small 12ft for my veggie garden and the doesn't take too much space on my hook. This is a great hose for just that purpose and definitely recommend

Seals Well, Not as Easy to Handle as a Rubber Hose
I got this hose to be the connecting hose between an outside faucet and a manual winding hose reel box. For this purpose, this stainless steel hose is just about perfect. When I screwed on the two ends of the hose to the faucet and the inlet on the hose reel, the seals were snug and water tight--no leaks, not even a drip after over an hour with the faucet all the way open and the far end of the hose reel shut (keeping all the pressure in the hoses)! The two black plastic strain guards on each end of the hose can be easily unscrewed from the hose connector and slid away from the end of the hose (see picture) in case you're using the hose in a tight space or need the hose to curve a little more than the strain guards would allow if they were not moveable. The notches in the lower half of the strain guards allow the hose to bend/flex more than if the guards did not have them. This is a helpful feature, too.The two end connectors look to be brass and are well-made. They make for very secure connections and the rubber washer in them seals the connection tightly. It is really great that the hose comes with 4 extra washer, as that is invariably where the hose will start leaking first. As long as you don't misplace the spare washers, these hoses should remain able to be leak-free at the connectors for years. The hose itself is surprisingly light weight. I was expecting this 12 ft one to be fairly heavy. But the stainless steel cover is about as thin and as light as the hose on a shower wand. It appears to be reasonably strong, as I could step on it, and it did not deform. That's not to say that if you stomped on it it wouldn't deform, but who'd really want to stomp on a hose they just bought just to see if they could flatten it and make it useless?I don't know that I'd call the hose kink-free. If you coil it up and then take one end and walk away with it, the hose may make some of the coils tighter. I could see if the hose got caught up with a loop in it and you just yanked on it, you might put a crimp in it. If you did, I don't think you'd be able to do a very good job trying to remove that crimp, so your hose would probably have a permanent "bend" in it.But, certainly for a static use (like connecting a faucet to a washer or to a hose reel) where you're not going to be moving the hose around, this hose is ideal. it allows plenty of flow through the hose, it won't collapse if a brick or board is laid across it, and it is unlikely to get a blister and spring a leak because of the steel casing on it.If you want to use this more like a regular hose, then you are probably better off getting a regular hose, because it's just not as 'supple' as a rubber hose and can be a little bit harder to wrangle.I'll update this review in a couple months if the steel starts to rust or have other problems. But, so far, so good!
